Shirley Fairies 5: Sexxx Dream Daydream: gagablog 155

I had a crush on a girl for most of a year at my new job and I guess I'm finally over it - I've mentioned her here a few times, maybe in the one that got erased, but it all amounts to some lessons I've learned and is also the result of getting into this kind of fairy magic, particularly the Sexxx Dreams spell I've been in the middle of for 2 years and the Shirley Fairies spell I've been in for at least seven months.

I'm ready to finish the Shirley Fairies spell, now - I found a cord to another DS a few days ago and knew I would be writing this soon, had some insight into the nature of relationships at work, found the cord to the DS that already has the book game in it and charged it up just last night - and had more insight into those relationships this morning.

The main insight I had about the whole affair is the way this magic, the fairies in Shirley, relate to my "love life"  - over the last year or so - and world affairs. When I thought back on it today I remembered my overall impression of Charlotte Bronte's "Shirley": I love the fairies but it's not romantic, to me  - I think I said it was like 19th century "50 Shades of Grey".

This is the best way to sum up my impression of Shirley, why it isn't romantic for all it's airs: In certain circumstances it can seem like someone is a perfect, really good, magical, mystical, or romantic partner - but in different circumstances you're not really a good match, after all, it's more the result of the circumstance, or some mystery between people, or the fact that everyone really COULD be in love - but won't - and we still only allow "certain" people to access that part of us with us and those restrictions keep too much love from slipping around and ruining the status quo.

I'm just not really happy for Shirley - she could do better if she insists on believing in settling down - but she got some good fairies out of it along the way.

Worldwide, for example, Trump - or many other leaders - might not really be a good Match for America, or wherever - it may have seemed like that due to circumstances, and living with him might have highlighted some aspects of those circumstances  -and we can evolve and outgrow him.

And we won't "need" him any more like we thought we did, the way we were.  I wish Shirley could have gone somewhere else and met someone else, someone amazing, instead of obsessing over this same boring, smuggish person. Or even found a different side of someone else  -and then I'm like "you need to get out more" the KIA commercial just said  - then I'm like "Maybe you do need to go - or at least go leasbian with Caroline" that seemed to be the most obvious, intimate, loving path. And if she really wants a guy just someone new. Maybe someone in a different "class."

"People who take you too seriously are trying to con you, including yourself," is a catchphrase I came up with recently, after "I'm one of those people it takes conscious effort to get along with."

And of course they take themselves too seriously, for all their free time to explore romantic love they have to maintain the status quo and social divisions - it's all the same thing, I've never been a fan, I wish people weren't so exclusive and could just be in love with each other, more and more.

I'm impressed by what I heard of those Unicorns in England who are going to save the world with Free Love, that's my kind of revolution and instead of wanting to be with people who seem like they could be like that I can try to be more like that myself and meet the people who are already liberating themselves and others - and there's always going back but I've been looking for that Colorful Oz - then looking for Home - and not stopping to appreciate where I am, at the time.

Which is both, right? I did really well quitting smoking cigarrettes, not spelling it - cigarettes - and smoked one today after drinking this morning and smoking a butt - but other than that I haven't smoked at all in a week. I'm not going back to that part and it helps me appreciate weed even more to remind myself that is what I really want to smoke.

But circumstances can make something seem appealing, necessary. When they change they can still be appealing but the "needful" thing can only be what you learned from someone, not the relationship of being with them.

We're lucky to find people we can all in love with, or even lean a little, or just brush you hair back over from a tiny breeze of love - when you feel really bad that tiniest breeze can feel like a whirlwind.

Anyway this stuff is best said in fairy tales. For now I will finish this spell, the Shirley Fairies, and let this lesson go - I think I got it. I'm not worried that nuclear war will break out, that the fairies are the only thing holding it back. I'm not afraid if holding it back has protected or postponed anything changing about the Trump presidency, it's chatever, I mean covfefe, I mean whatever. It's the face of the suffering America causes.

Smile, Love, write about these fairies, write a way out of this thicket. It's a subsidiary of the Sexxx Dreams spell - I wanted "another" relationship, someone to have sex dreams about, an affair, some kind of "other" - it fit my lifestyle or much of this time since my lover and I were effectively separated for much of this time.

I never had a dream, a sex dream, in all that time  - I had one dream about the girl I like at work kissing our coworker, at work, overseen by me unbeknownst to them, that seemed really real. Maybe that will come up when I finally write the "Sexxx Dreams" spell I teased for years, now. But I don't have anything to say about it, now - I'd be happy for them if they could make the most of it. Its the same weirdness, exclusion, classism, etc, that gets in the way.

But I concluded that all my fantasy was a daydream version of the same thing - for what it was worth. I'll write about it when I finish that spell, hopefully soon because it is emotional feeling like you're the only one messing up a chance at love and relieving to realize it was more of a dream, when that's what it is. Dreams are nice, sometimes too nice!

Here are the final fairies from Shirley, hopefully this will release all of this misplaced love magic and bring out deeper, better relationships for us all. After this I still want to finish Sexxx Dreams but may have to write one for Gender and one for Government, first, since I promised - see how it goes.

Sister Batrille's campaign to win (?) over began with words from the Old Testament: "Let there be Light" - on the flying nun, just now. My first note is page 5690, "Lucifer", so i have to plug it up and turn it on and she is singing about chopsticks in a Chinese restaurant. "After some jabbing some searching and stabbing we finally skewer a piece of meat, (something) swallow leaves us feeling hollow..." and he gives them knives and forks.

All I want to say in summation of this spell is I want to release all these inferior and exclusive ideas of ourselves so we can be in love all the time, more and more, instead of all always holding ourselves back.

5690 - "Lucifer": The book was on the previous note, "a man or something lower", then looking or it found the previous "she has a look, at times, of a thing made out of fire and air, at which I stand and marvel" (page 5655) but the Man or Something Lower is on page 5677 - Linda is upset, she thinks Sister Batrille doesn't like her, "I just wanted to be just like you, and help people, and have them like me, like they like you - I thought they'd be pleased." She's showing her film of her surfing days, and when she was in the Gories - scenes from Gidget, her mechanic episode - this was on the other day, too, so I know the crossover media magic - "before I suddenly went clothes crazy and decided to become the world's most dazzling model." "I gave myself a chance to grow up first, to do many things, and be many things, and just enjoy being young."

I reread this whole speech where she rejects his "proposal" and it reminds me how we are reflected in each other in different ways, we switch around these roles, in different aspects of ourselves.  He's something lower, wolfish by his own feeling (page 5668) and the Ghost of Judas, and Lucifer, by the end of it. The Ghost of Judas means more than she could possibly have meant, adding layers to how this all is - he calls himself that to say she would not believe his false confession of love to her any more than she would the ghost of Judas, page 5670.

The thing is, we do have the Ghost of Judas, now, telling us things we Can believe - and false confessions of Love don't become True Love but there IS "other love" and it's not False just because it isn't some exclusive model that fulfills a specific set of expectations.

And she mentions his Moloch, his mill, on page 5675 -but this is all leading up to  - well, he is repeating this conversation as Linda is deciding whether or not to trust Sister Batrille, on my TV: Shirley is insisting she does not, can not, love him while Sister Batrille is insisting that she really does love Linda, she's not just trying to trick her or make her feel good out of pity - what Shirley feels he is doing. The Adam's grandma just said she voted before women got the vote, she didn't let that stop her, and Fester said "You're a true Addams" which is cool. The politician, ofr Sam L. Hillyard, is telling Addams that he will "Drain the Swamp."

"I hope the L stands for Lucifer" Addams says. "It Does, it does!" he enthusiastically replies. "I've changed horses in midstream, it's the Addams Way - the L stands for Lucifer." Morticia hates the platform - more streetlights, drain the swamps - our beautiful swamps!

Shirley doesn't mean Lucifer as an insult, in certain ways, she is referring to how he fell in her esteem. If I'd never fallen in love I might retain some respect, too - I don't regret it, it's the way it goes, I only REALLY want to fall for someone who can respect me for falling for them.

I missed page 5699 - "in he case, self-accusation was a chimera."  - because she never did anything to lead him on. Also true, in my case.

I got into reading, this section that Shirley and Robert part as possible friends some time in the future - Addams said "section" as I typed that. But I got too into reading it, for context, and it is good and makes me want to read some more, when really I want to connect with the fairies and magical parts and go "Mr. Quimby I'm sure you're mistaken - electronic computers do not vote!" Morticia just said.

5724 - Yorke describes Mary Cave, his crush, as an Angel, "why she hadn't wings and a crown. She was a stately peacful angel" but she had no feelings for him, which I can relate to, except I guess I still hope when hope seems lost while Yorke gave up hope - and concluded i she Had loved him he probably would have left her, due to human nature. I'm not like that at all, I went the other way, I think our nature is truly to love and love more - as much as we can, and sometimes we just can't.

5740 - the moon is "looking at us wi' a scowl and a menace" is how he tries to avoid the question about love, what a way to go, to the moon, to try and escape love - when the moon is You!

5742 - "men are made of the queerest dregs that Chaos churned up in her ferment" The difference is, to him he's bitter about this (and assumes it means people will always turn out to do the worst things) and to me I'm happy about it and want to make the most of it but can't connect with others who feel the same very often.

5783 - "A deep recess with a window...and a fairy cabinet." A secret room where two people could speak and not be overheard. I don't know much what that would be like, not as much as I would like.
So I do feel somewhat bitter about things like that but I stay aware of it so it doesn't make me sour or upset, just bittersweet that things eventually turn out for the best even waking up from nice dreams.

And really nice when those dreams are just covers for bad times but you wake up to something better - the heiress on I Dream of Jeannie declared she wants Major Nelson and her dad approves, then the signal went out entirely.

5789 - when Sir Phillip tells Shirley something in this nook it effects her like a "charm which had changed her to a statue" and I forget what this information is but there's the spell of it.

5874 - "a couple of human falcons" and 5875 - "gruff as a hungry raven" and I forget who these are, too

"a house is like a living thing, over time it develops vibrations...I want you to go to the living room and talk to the walls, tell them Tony is in trouble, needs you, is very fond of you, but you're hurting him, if you realized you wouldn't be doing it" - more I dream of Jeannie.

5896 - "your gods are not my gods" she tells her uncle. She says they don't even really speak the same language - this hurts me to realize in another way, it's true of some of my relationships which turn out to really be more associations. It's just sad we can't overcome barriers like this - Major Healy was talking to the walls. "This wall is a particular friend of his."

5898 - "you annoy me with small meddling, with petty tyranny"  - I wonder if this is where Carlos Casteneda got this term. It has a magical influence, too, when you have a crush on your manager and she's really cool, easy to work for, super nice to everyone and nice to you all the time even if she doesn't "like" you, but you like just working for her anyway because she makes it pleasant, and you feel bad you can't do more for her when she is stressed by the job, is all. Pretty Inspirant is more like it, but that's what a petty tyrant is, too, really, if you can see the beauty in it, even when it's not pleasurably obvious.

5899 - "offer them a sacrifice to the deity you worship" because she wants nothing to do with them. this reminds I have that song spell to make, too, that I've had in mind for months, all this time, and I want to complete all of this and move on to something better - the Sarah MacLaughlin song, "Possession" which I suppose is the possession of Loneliness, the call out to Someone, or just to echo in Silence.

5902 - "your god, your great Bel, your fish-tailed Dagon, rises before me as a demon." I see someone telling Trump this same speech, in different words - but what words would someone use to cut me down in this way?

5904 - "He stretches out the arm of Mezentius and fetters the dead to the living"  -this is a bloodthirsty Etruscan king who was known as a "despiser of the gods" and all of this reminds me of that recent revelation that Fairy tales don't have Gods in them, but Fairies  -they are Love Stories where many myths, full of Gods, and history, and War Stories. Whatever she says about his god being the Hymen of France and "analyze the blue blood of Spain!" on page 5907 would require further research and reveal some weird nationalism or Christian schism stuff or something racist, I guess.

5947 - "Chapter 32: The Schoolboy and the Wood Nymph" I know what that's like.

5987 - "In other respects she was no woman, but a dragon." My lover and I are both dragons and I suspect you can be both. But I suppose she didn't mean it as a compliment.

5993 - "giantess" the lady nursing him.

6006 - "Does he feel the chaste charm Nature wears tonight? A pearl-white moon smiles through the green trees; does he care for her smile?"

Samantha is mad about the Witches world versus Normal world battles and says she tries to be fair but sometimes being fair means being nothing. There really is no other side to be on other than the side of Nature but we estrange ourselves  -Endora is telling her brother she feels like an only child and he says he thinks of her like an only everything - they agree to only see each other when invisible and divide the world in half, she took the top.

6012 - "a contraband volume of fairy tales" - because rules.

6014-15 - "bells tinkle on the wind..." and from the mist "dawns on him the brightest vision - a green-robed lady, on a snow-white palfrey; he sees her dress, her gems, and her steed; she arrests him with some mysterious question; he is spellbound, and must follow her into Fairyland." Om Mani Padme Hum is like "Being  Jewel Lotus Heart"  - I was reminded by the Ram Dass book I read last week - and it is like the mist and green dress are being, the jewels are jewels, the lotus is the horse and the lady and her look are the Heart. 

6021 - "foam-women - a band of white, evanescent Nereides." I guess I will have transluscent memories and glowing ghosts in my memory, regardless.

And the book is closed when he hears the teacher approaches, but no, it's someone else....

6022 - she appears like an apparition...the dark veiled lady...

6025 - "all women are proud monkeys"

6051 - he's reminded by her voice of a blackbird's lament for one of her kids he killed.

6143  - "the whole house and all it's inhabitants are under a spell, which I will not break until you are gone." This makes me think how scalable this "whole house" magic is, that it effects all inside - all inside a person, inside a house, inside a nation, however you look at it, and things are held in suspense to make escapes or secret missions.

And things are maybe never as dire as they seem, but the warnings are there to help us get better.

6151 - "Martin you are an evil cross between imp and page." "What do you call a western union marijuana gram? High Wire" - Karnak.

6206 - "he spent in the woods with his book of fairy legends, an that other unwritten book of his imagination." She says a few pages earlier, 6202, that her "face was now perpetually before his eyes, by day and by night" and it is this hopeless schoolboy infatuation i've always been really good at and recognize, at this time, this is "where I am" in this story  -I have a book o fairy tales, I'm in the wood when I write them, delusional with fantasy but aware it's not really for this world, in some ways, for some folks, sometimes, and can only be put into stories.

6289 - "sudden broom of Fate - that fell housewife whose red arm none can control" well sure if you think that way about her.  - Or if you're a schemer, I suppose, like Martin, here. "Upstairs was a woman named Mrs. Spear who worked in the daytime...would ring our doorbell every night 'Oh Mrs. Tomlin I'm so sorry to ring your bell but I forgot my key...oh it smells good' ...she'd end up eating with us 2-3 times a week" (dad resentful, she repeated what he had said to her, at age 5) - Lily Tomlin on Johnny Carson.

6370 - they talk about seeing her "heart's core" and I just see paradise, that jewel lotus heart - I mean I can't say anything about this, now, it makes me so happy in some ways and sad in others.

6393 - "grim phantom I am" he says after saying "Don't look as if you would leave me" That look is one to make you hollow and sad.

6406 - "he is just about as much a Cupidon as you are a Cyclops" and this probably means something, and something more - I don't have the passion to find out, "grim" as I am in my current mood  -and I'm realizing I have one more side of the note care and don't want to write all of this, now, and will continue with a sixth Shirley Fairies, soon, and hopefully things will end with a little better twist in this whole fairy forest chapter of my life.

6428 - "I have no love to give. Were the goddess of beauty to woo me, I could not meet her advances." It really only feels that way when it feels lost - I know, in between lost and found, it feels like that, but only on one side, the outside.

6458 - "it is the utterance, seen, not heard, through which angels must have communed when there was 'silence in heaven'" and this might be where I get these ideas that people secretly like me, or each other, or could if they just looked in each other's eyes.

6490 - the end of this side of the card, the last one I will do, or now, to sum up this last era of time, for me, since I wrote this, since I feel these ways This Time but I suppose times always change and some of those we change with and some of those change for us, if we want.

Jamele Hill / Political Football: Trump is a White Supremacist - so is Roger Goodell and all others who KKKowtow to him: gagablog 154

It's time to choose, America - are you racist or not? If you display a Confederate Flag you MIGHT be racist but if you accept no criticism of the American Flag then you DEFINITELY are racist, white supremacist, and an all-around asshole. And Now We Know and will call you out for it.

I haven't been putting a fine enough point on this lately. Thanks to Media Magic I was given two reminders yesterday that make this incredibly easy to say and understand: ESPN's suspension of Jamele Hill and a rerun episode of Good Times aired on Antenna TV, 10-10-17 - probably originally from 1977, I'll check - it was 1975, the episode where James gets a job offer to work on a pipeline in Alaska, called "A Real Cool Job."

Jamele Hill first got "in trouble" with ESPN a few weeks ago for tweeting that Trump is a white supremacist and was forced to apologize. Trump IS a white supremacist and HE and ALL white supremacists are the ones who need to apologize, including ESPN who is coming out on the side of White Supremacy. She just told the truth and has since been forced to pretend this is NOT the truth because the racists are in power and want to keep it that way.

Her recent comments suggesting a boycott of Cowboy owner Jerry Jones' advertisers (since he is the one threatening to bench players who kneel for the anthem) have gotten ESPN to suspend her for two weeks and got national media coverage.

I realized I was "wrong" when I assumed a boycott of the NFL was because they weren't allowing players to protest police brutality  - but I was just ahead of the game. The most recent news is that Roger Goodell has made a statement that players should stand for the Anthem: in the current context, backing up Trump on this, Roger Goodell has confirmed himself as a white supremacist.

I understand these people are so White Privileged and blind that many of them don't realize they are being white supremacist racists. That's why this is here to tell you.

The only Good Cowboy is a Benched Cowboy.

If you DON'T protest police brutality in solidarity with the black players who are, then you are supporting White Supremacy.

Right after I finished my last gagablog I got in the car to go to work and heard the news that Vice President Pence walked out of a game after players kneeled during the anthem. According to one meme I saw he acted as a "Paid Protestor." Since then Trump has claimed responsibility for sending Pence to do this - and he has also challenged Rex Tillerson to an IQ test after the Secretary of State reportedly called Trump a Moron - but no time for tangents other than to say Ironic how this once-dreaded ex-oil tycoon could be the one to save the world from Trump, at least for a while longer.

Pence said he couldn't  dignify the event after some of the players protested. He tweeted this: "While everyone is entitled to their own opinions, I don't think it's too much to ask NFL players to respect the Flag and our National Anthem" When I heard this reported on the radio my reaction was to every word he said - "you are definitely trying to censor opinions and deny entitlement to Certain People's opinions, namely black people. Is it too much to ask that cops stop murdering hundreds of American citizens every year? Is it too much to ask to respect and actually address the plea of communities who are being oppressed and mass murdered instead of trying to change the subject and blame those people?"

It made me realize that any statement they ever make about Respecting the Flag could be replaced with one about respecting the lives of people, not murdering them because you are racist, and THEN it would actually mean something.

But now, saying you can't have any criticism of the country or it's symbol, the flag, means you are 100% committed to white supremacy and racism, to keeping the racist system in place.

While every other issue is important the treatment of the black community in America is a continual genocide. Of course the NFL was only briefly faking to be on the right side of this issue, in fact the organization that allows "The Redskins" has always been Pro-Genocide and Pro-racism. But they are proving it to everyone, now.

The players who get benched or fired for kneeling for the Truth will be far bigger heroes than other sports stars - they will be like Muhammad Ali but will surpass him in heroism to the New America.

The players who don't protest, the owners and advertisers and corporations and politicians and celebrities and EVERYONE who trues to stifle, divert, or censor this protest will forever be branded as White Supremacists. And we will GET RID OF THEM through boycotts, shame, and every other action they have coming to them - but they will be gone, soon.

So it's time to choose sides. I was "wrong"  / right too soon that the NFL boycott would be to END racism instead of Trump's boycott of the NFL which was to support racism. His supporters and their boycott might have made the NFL think they had to "do something" if their ratings dipped - but depite the "polls" that say 70% of Americans are happy being racist and want to end anthem protests, when the REAL boycott of the NFL, for cracking down on this protest, occurs it will be the end of the cultural fixation with football.

You don't believe me but it will be the end of the ALL the bad stuff that is propped up by White Supremacy and the Racist System, from War to Poverty to Pills/Insurance/"health scams" and Banking.

Some things were said in the Good Times episode "A Real Cool Job" that made all of this very clear. James is feeling forced to take a job in Alaska away from the family in order to finally get ahead but no one wants him to go. I have to avoid the tangent, for now, about the way they used women "entertainment" for the pipeline workers, but sex repression and controlling sex with money is the central evil upon which most of this system is based and built, and Obama had to apologize for the money he got from Harvey Weinstein after everyone found out how much of a rapist he has been for 40 years.

He finally decides not to go when Michael gets beat up by the Satan's Knights gang and the things he says about it which make James realize he needs to stay and be the strong guiding figure that can stop violence before it starts - even if that is sometimes with the threat of violence of his own, a whooping - but that's another tangent, for now I want to focus on the words he used to talk Michael out of some of his bad ideas.

When you see the Bad Ideas Michael had, and how they lead to violence and evil, you can see how I understand this as a commentary on the current Flag controversy.

Michael and his friends are in a club and they were selling The Defender to raise some money for this club when they Satan's Knights beat them up. When he says he wants to get even with them James challenges him in this way:

"When you said you wanted to join this club you said it was all about self-pride and awareness. But now it sounds like you're talking about revenge and that means you ain't nothing but a gang and you just quit."

Michael said "you come down on someone wearing one of these jackets and you come down on all of us." The jacket is like the Flag, see?

Once James has laid down the law about quitting the club, Michael asks "But what about black pride?"

James responds: "You black. Be proud."

You don't NEED a jacket to be proud. You don't NEED a flag to be proud. You need something to be proud of, something about YOU. In America, we don't have Justice - we have cops who kill people every day and face no consequences, and for everyone who is killed hundreds more are abused and intimidated.

We CAN'T be proud of that, we can't be proud of a Flag that represents that. We can't be proud until we fix some of these problems, then more, until we fix all the problems of this crooked system.

If we COULD be proud of who we are, who we REALLY are, we wouldn't NEED a flag to show it but no one would be upset about it.

As it is, the ones who are upset about the protest don't want to face what it is about and so they wrap themselves in the flag and keep denying evidence that proves how wrong they are.

The fires in California, now, the many hurricanes this season, these are all evidence that blindly following the corporate line and denying climate change is wrong.

More than one mass shooting a day and seasonal super-massive shootings are all evidence that our culture - not just our laws, our culture - of gun nuts is wrong. Fear is wrong, no way to live.

And ignoring the protest of the injustice of continual, unchecked police murders of citizens is wrong. It's racist and it's increasingly obvious to EVERYONE that it supports a white supremacist system and agenda.

The lesson James is teaching Michael is that he can express himself, be in a group, but that group can't resort to violence. Violence is the sign that you are Wrong.

The NFL players taking a knee, the public boycotting - these are non-violent protests that hopefully will "hurt" advertisers and promote change. But they won't hurt anyone.

On the other hand, Trump and now the NFL are threatening to fire or bench players for this protest - this is a form of violence, using the greater power against the individual. It hurts people in unfair ways, for speaking out about injustice. If corporations are "hurt" (and corporations aren't actually people and can't feel pain in this way, etc) by protests, they deserve to be hurt for siding with white supremacists. They should be reduced to nothing if they don't change their ways.

Why are there hearings about Equifax, the company that got half of the countries personal information stolen? Why can't you just tell a business, in THAT much trouble, "you're over, you're done, you don't exist anymore." (Like Norm MacDonald said about Germany - "you don't get to be a country anymore on account of you keep attacking The World" )

It would be good practice for the Oil Companies, Military, Republicans and Democrats, etc. "You don't exist anymore because you've already done enough wrong."

It's time to take off the jacket, take off the Hood, take off the Flag.

None of these symbols is "important" compared to the people getting killed, compared to the fear that people live under. That is more important than any symbol, actually relieving the suffering of the people that the symbol supposedly stands for.

If you can't see that, your Flag doesn't even mean what it CAN mean, to everyone, it just means you are a white supremacist.

If you WANT the Flag to be respectable, to stand for Freedom of Speech and Equality, LISTEN to the people who are risking their lives, listen to the athletes who are risking their million-dollar jobs, when they are BEGGING for a little bit of Equality.

Because if it doesn't stand for these things, if it only stands for "We kill anyone we want don't ask questions" then it's a White Supremacist symbol  -and it always has been.

We're here to redeem it - for ACTUAL Freedom and Equality.

Eric Reid, a player for the 49er's, said it well when interviewed about Mike Pence leaving the game  -I saw the video at the end of the article i looked up the quotes in. He said he would like to believe the VP was too busy to really know what the protest was about in the first place, to give him the benefit of the doubt that he just didn't understand it - but it was orchestrated, Pence had planned his protest all along, which he presumed from the orchestration of it, the 3-year-old Colt picture Pence used, etc - and of course in the following days Trump revealed that he had asked Pence to do this.

This all points at the fact that while deflecting from the actual subject - police brutality - by getting offended over the flag they are trying to dilute the message, stick their fingers in their ears and act like if they refuse to hear us then no one else will be able to hear us, either.

But it will all backfire on them because we are the ones with Justice on our side. I had never heard of Jamele Hill before she just told the truth, was punished for it, and now will be a hero to me and many others for making sacrifices to get the truth out there.

Anyone standing up to Trump will be a hero to the world and this includes some of his highest level cabinet members. Anyone who goes along with him will be branded racist, white supremacist, KKK - because they are, they are promoting ideas that are all part of that agenda.

Just Wave the Flag for JUSTICE instead of INJUSTICE and everything will be groovy, okay?

The NFL, Football, can even stay a thing - they just better get on the right side of history, soon.

And the military can always transform into a Disaster Rescue Squad if they want to stick around and keep many of their traditions and methods.

But a lot of positions won't be necessary, too  -which means Free Time, not "unemployment" in the New America - because we waste so much time, energy, and people in keeping up the Unjust System of Racial and Other Injustices - once we quit all that bullshit literally EVERYONE will be much happier.

How They're Forcing Us to Peacefully Take Over The World- Masters of the Universe: gagablog 153

I'm going to use a slightly different voice for this one, the voice we will use as Masters of the Universe.

There may already be Masters of the Hemisphere, Masters of Nations, Masters of Corporations, Masters of the World or Regions or wherever - these could all be the same people or there could be different "groups" with lots of overlap - the Major News Events can be seen as the differences, existing or depicted, of these "different" Master groups.

But they are all the same, or will all be the same when they are replaced by Us, the Masters of the Universe. I will explain this quickly since I have an hour before I have to go to work and I'm again postponing the completion of the the Shirley Fairy, Sexxx Dreams, and Artpop spells.

All of their power is based on the same worldly power of violence and money and "influence" but all of those powers come to nothing when replaced by more influential powers, based on much broader mastery. Evil powers and all built upon them can be easily swept away, will be easily swept away  -

It's kind of silly to even call ourselves the Masters of the Universe because we will be equal, all of us, and in this new arrangement the whole idea of Mastery will be changed - but it's fun to say to tell people with some authority how it's going to be - and there is a new insurance commercial with He-Man and friends facing Skeletor to remind me.

There are a few news stories from this week that, taken together, are like a spell for how We are being forced to use non-violence to take over the world.

This is a manifestation of what I predicted here years ago, that the Syrian conflict would be the window to the end of all war. Pressure, violent pressure, from all sides, like popping a balloon, makes the whole situation blow up and escape through the only non-pressured direction: non-violence.

The news stories to be compared are the Catalan independence vote, the Kurdistan independence vote media silence, the non-going, much talked about "gun debate" versus the ongoing, untalked about racism in America, and the rise of right-wing parties like AFD in Germany.

  Maybe there is some competition between the Masters of the World - maybe it's all an act and they just laugh at our suffering and grow their useless little pink wings (Simpsons "Serfsons" reference, from last week.)  - but it wont matter what their power structure really looks like once it's gone.

It's obviously built on dividing people against each other so we overcome it with all unifying, reconciling forces. We Will Be equal in the future - it's only natural - so if we Look Back from that Master of the Universe perspective, once we've taken that evil power structure away, we can see the events of Today for what they are, part of a script by the Masters of the World to divide us and keep us from uniting to rid the world of their powers. But it's just time to do it, it's unavoidable, so you see it happening naturally in response to the evil story they keep trying to write.

Why has the main news story for the last few days been about the Catalan independence vote? Why has their been zero coverage, in the same days of the Kurdistan independence vote? It seems to me that they used the Catalonia to divert world attention away from Kurdistan, and other things, and to equate the two in the world imagination: if they can reverse and shut down independence in Catalan they can set a precedent, example, or model to try and do the same in Kurdistan - or even if it goes through they could use it against Kurdistan breaking away from Iraq - somehow.

This is the point of looking at it from this perspective, which is admittedly "imaginative" (magic): I know there are long-standing forces for independence in Catalonia, I'm not saying it's "not real": what I'm saying is the Masters of the World could be using these sentiments, these people, this "nation", to try and influence the world in certain ways - and I think it backfired.

I think the closer we get to the natural, inevitable "revolution", when the few Masters of the World are replaced by Us, the Masters of the Universe, the more of these "backfires" we will see:

All of Syria, a Well-Orchestrated War (WOW) between so many countries, could backfire into a Newly Improvised Peace (NIP, in the bud) and that New Direction could take over and end all wars.

Here is one way of looking at it: Kurdistan independence is happening and They don't know how to stop it - surely they are poised to take advantage of it in deifferent ways but they mostly seem invested in postponing it, distracting us from it. The Catalonian independence vote and the Spanish crackdown and the twitterverse internet media response are all intended in certain ways to "distract" from other stories - but it backfires  -and to set examples for "how things are done" - but that backfires, too.

They had figures that 900 people were hurt by Spanish police for trying to vote - but at the same time 500 people were shot in Las Vegas by one person while they were at a concert (as I wrote that a NFL coach on TV said "shot in the arm" - and just now "give me a pervert's high five, you know how to do it" for some NBC show) And a number that has been recently floating around the interneet is over 700 people in America killed by police so far this year.

It IS terrible that the Spanish police beat 900 people for trying to vote. When compared to the ability of one person and American firepower to kill and wound 500 people in a few minutes - different kinds of terrible. And compared with American cops killing over 700 people over the year  -different kinds of terrible. And the tens of thousands of people the American cops have beaten in that same time period - just extrapolating if they kill that many of us - different kind of terrible.

And the tens of thousands of people getting killed, raped, thrown into their burning houses, etc, in Burma - different kind of terrible. MAYBE so terrible we "can't think about it" or MAYBE so terrible we can't justify NOT doing something to stop it -

But we can't justify Not Doing Anything to stop these other terrible things, either - that's what makes them Unjust. Justice demands that we do something about ALL of them - but the Masters of the World try to distract us into thinking we can't do anything, or can't do much, or if "we" can't get "them" to pass a gun law we should give up on everything.

It is Good of us to spread the story that the Spanish Police beat the voters in Catalonia. It is Interesting that the media helps spread this story but does not spread the story of Kurdistan, American police brutality  -except in distraction format, not the injustice behind the story  - or the stories of continued protest against it.

It's interesting how much the images of Spanish police beating voters spread around the internet, especially when an older lady had a bloody face. I don't know how many people were beaten by police recently in the protests in St. Louis - they completely quit reporting on them in all the hurricane coverage, or maybe they stopped protesting or the police arrested and intimidated them - but the last we heard the cops had trampled an old lady.

The Old Lady in St. Louis who was trampled WAS a story being shared on social media, maybe even mainstream media mentioned it, but compare how it was promoted in mainstream media to the image and story, a few weeks later, about the Old Lady in Catalonia whose face was bloodied by police. Is the "message" that Voting rights has more "resonance" than Police brutality? It doesn't seem to have much "resonance" - according to media attention - when the question is about black people's voting rights - or Bernie Sanders supporters voting rights - in America. Of course it's police brutality in both cases, just far worse and more sustained against black people in America, but THAT is the cause that it is SO difficult to actually get national attention for, so that even having sports celebrities join the protest ends up being diverted into a false argument about "patriotism" and diversion from the real cause.

It's interesting to compare the media focus on Catalonia with other stories - at least in BBC radio news, and maybe that is their excuse for so much focus, close proximity? - but even taking that into account it reveals the "Agenda" of the Masters of the World that we would be talking about Catalan, now, instead of as much about some of these other stories - and you can see the other stories seeping up to get the attention of the world, too.

I'm not saying it's "not real" but consider how - and WHY - it could have been orchestrated to distract people, divert "independence movements" especially if they can stop it or if their issues are "trivial" compared with other nations seeking independence -

and again all of our problems seem insignificant when compared with the Rohinge people being persecuted by An Yang Suu Kyi and the Burmese military, a population who has no Nation - maybe just carve off the edge of Burma and Bangladesh for them, by Master Decree?

What if they promoted this Catalonian Independence movement At This Time to try and mitigate these other stories, but it totally backfired on them?

I see one example of the backfire is the demonstrations across Spain for Dialogue and Peace, whether it ends up in Unity or Independence - THIS is the new model that will steal the Power from the Masters of the World for all of Us.

They probably did not mean to prompt this reaction  -and then again maybe they are orchestrating it but huimor me on this: They are saying these demonstrations were grassroots developed on social media. Our social media in America is controlled to maintain the status quo and while we CAN have movements that circumvent their powers of control I think it helps to be skeptical, too - but lets assume this is genuine grassroots effort, just the spread of an idea and action among people.

if so it could be a reaction they did not anticipate: the "hashtags" and slogans associated with the movement are 'We are Better than our Government" and "You're hurting me, let's talk" - something like that - all about finding a peaceful, non-violent solution and DENYING the government the ability to get us into violent confrontations. One of the things they are saying is that if the government can't avoid violence they will take over the government - with non-violence, but showing the idea that "force" is ever even USEFUL, much less necessary, is dying out with the powers of the Masters of the World - because that is the ultimate root of all their power, violence and the fear of it.

IF Catalonia is an example of a "promoted distraction" but the Dialogue movement is a REAL reaction to it, we can see a model of how all this backfiring will shut down the Machine.

Catalonia may be the natural outcome of social forces - but the news around it has certainly been promoted beyond other stories, especially compared with Kurdistan. And almost "magically" the comparison with these other stories that are not part of the "plan" - the mass murder shooting in Las Vegas and the social media spread of the over 700 figure of victims of police murders in America - the fact that these stories, or the image of the old lady in St. Louis being trampled, are NOT as promoted as the Catalonia story and images shows the Agenda behind it.

But it keeps backfiring - the same old story that the politicians can't do anything about gun control excpet a dance scripted by the NRA is playing out again  - but I suspect people will simply give up on a "government solution" and what will end the gun craze in America will be more like a Third Great Awakening  - a social awareness that changes the culture.

Same with ending police brutality, ending war, ending poverty, injustice, actually providing health care for each other - especially with Weed we will start New Models of doing things that simply ignore the Government - unless it wants to adopt and support our models and Make itself Relevant again.

There was some talk about the Nobel Peace Prize going to ICAN, the group dedicated to ending all nuclear weapons. It's definitely what I support and I truly believe we just promote a different way of thinking and it will be easy for everyone to give up nuclear weapons.

I quit smoking 4 days ago, cigarettes. Always spelled it with two R's, too. Oh well.

This group demonstrating in Spain, they are using White as a color symbol. White for blank canvas, to build something, for Unity, for non-affiliation with one side or another. It reminds me of the meaning of Islam, "submission." It reminds me of the Surrender Flag.

It reminds me of Jesus.

It reminds me you WIN by Surrender, this movement is openly talking about taking over the government if the government is not as good as they are, if the government is not good enough to avoid war.

Why can't we do that in America? An All-White Party to insist on Peace Only? ("made with 100% white meat" the commercial said as I typed that.) Just Get Together, Party, Peacefully, But Let Them Know - if you insist on WAR, we Take Over.

Not With Violence, just with our overwhelming Numbers, We Walk Over and Take Over.

That's what Spain is threatening to do if Catalonia breaks away, come over With Force and Take Over. But IF THEY DO, the PEOPLE will come over to Spanish Givernment, With PEACE - but TAKE OVER.

That's what we should do, here, too - start massing in the streets, or online, or Spapchat, whatever the fuck, just start showing our numbers, our unity, our principles, that we will NOT accept violence and will take over if our leaders insist on violent paths.

Just do this for America and North Korea - for EVERYONE. If All of Us, ALL PEOPLE, just tell ALL GOVERNMENTS  - "We are Better than You if you can't find non-violent solutions" - Put them ALL on Notice - Theresa May made the news this week for getting a pink slip and a frog in her throat - we WILL take over if you don't find non-violent solutions.

Some other news seemed to confirm this idea that there is Only One Way to Go, in a world of Violent Forces Pressing on All Sides, the ONLY Way To Go is Non-Violence, to get OUT of the whole situation.

There has been a lot of talk in the news about how AFD won seats in Germany, now a Nationalist party has won some power in New Zealand, too - like Republicans in America these parties have preyed upon people's fears when Good Government could just fix the problems so people wouldn't have to be afraid (and Democrats have been accomplices by being really, really Bad) But the talk in the media has mentioned how hate speech is covered as Free Speech but if it crosses the line and advocates violence then it is no longer protected and becomes illegal.

When talking about this pundits have mentioned that allowing Bad Ideas to be expressed is essential because it gives other people a chance to identify and counter the ideas with better ones. Trump is like a national example of this. But allowing those words to advocate violence is too dangerous - allowing those words to be backed up with violence is Wrong, and we ALL agree on this, legally - but Trump is a national example of this, too, he is the One who can launch nuclear codes.

So the idea that you can Say Whatever You Want - but it CAN NOT be backed up with a threat of violence or it is no longer protected Free Speech - should be applied to our governments, our presidents, because it is sound in Principle - let them say all the stupid stuff they want as long as they can't do anything Violent about it. They Represent Us, after all  -and they truly do. If there are enough people who think fearfully and stupid, a Stupid and Fearful Leader represents us, well. If they Don't represent us well we overthrow them. But they either make more stupid people so we can have more stupid leaders or if we get smarter, kinder, we get smarter, kinder leaders. They make us get their haircuts if they can and see how far they can push us, is all, until we push back.

But we push back with IDEAS, not violence. We don't actually have any nuclear bombs - i don't, no American does. So Why have a leader who represents us - but has nuclear bombs all the sudden? None of us know what that is like. We are all used to running our mouths, talking a lot of shit, but not having nuclear bombs to back it up with. We should be allowed to elect a leader who can talk all the shit he or she wants but has no nuclear bombs to back it up - because that represents us.

That's what we are like. A lot of Shit Talking. No Nuclear Bombs.

Adding nuclear bombs just makes everything terrible.

The idea is that Free Speech includes Hate Speech, as long as it doesn't advocate violence, so that people can hear who has these ideas and respond to them, give them better ideas.

In the reports about Catalonia they said that, in the weeks leading up to this election, anyone who spoke up for staying in Spain was shouted down and labelled as a fascist - someone said the fact that they never talked about it, about the actual issues, because they shouted out the Other Side, is why no one really knew quite what they were voting for - and why the outcome is so unstable.

Now banks and business have left the area due to the uncertainty, there seems to be all these internal politics, pushing the meeting about it from Monday, tomorrow, to Tuesday  -and not officially about it, anymore, either. It's a "fluid" situation.

And I wonder if it was orchestrated by a "Master" who felt they could control or benefit from the fluidity - but I wondered if it backfired on them.

I wonder if it all started as an attempt to distract from Kurdistan, from other issues, but ended up being the blueprint for how We Will Peacefully Take over the World.

And I wonder if it will be like some sort of slapstick comedy, that no matter what the governments and Masters do to try to stay in power, to try to keep from falling over, everything they do will be like they keep putting their foot in the bucket and tripping over the cat and down the cellar stairs and into the wheelbarrow and roll down the hill and off the cliff and off to sea and everything.

So it's like we don't even have to try  -I'm protesting police brutality by watching thr NFL - whatever they do will just force themselves from power, because the time of Force is Over.

We have a new model, surrender, just get along no matter what, don't let the governments turn us against each other.

I've had this model for the political group "Peacepipe Party" for over ten years now - peace and pot are unifying enough issues and help us in enough ways it's really all we need.

it eventually becomes All of Us - those who want Peace - versus "Them" - and the Consciousness Learning we receive is that there IS NO THEM - "them" is the relic of the Military, "Master"-mind.

I read that Ram Dass book, it was okay, he mentioned that he was 41, in 1970 or 72, when he was giving the talk, and I'm 41 now that I happened to find and read that book. He's very impressed when people read his mind, etc. I'm more impressed by what we all do, together, once we aren't so much worried about our boundaries and borders but trust and enjoy each other more.

Time to go to work - but soon, time for more stories, music, and art, the REAL, fantasy, Work!

America is not America - End Oppression and Brutality - and Shootings (Las Vegas): gagablog 152

I was watching Sanford and Son the other day and Grady said “America is not America - America is the people in America.” I thought about how this fit in with what I am writing.

On the one hand, America IS Amerixa, or America, a Fairy Being - according to the Everything is Fairies theme, the theme that says Trump and Kim Jong Un are both hurt Fairy Spirits calling out for attention like the Whole Country’s main issue of the day. Nuclear Weapons are “his” problem - though our nuclear weapon habit is thousands of times as bad - and police brutality is “my” problem, even though I also have really terrible hair. I mean, even though we try to complain when other countries lock people up but are really bad about scrutinizing our own extremely racist and oppressive and brutal police and Injustice system.

But America IS America, this beautiful fairy who is everything good we’ve always dreamed of being and is really at her best when we live up to it - but also has bad moods and bad days and lifelong issues she has to deal with from a lot of trauma she has endured and caused in her life.

And so is North Korea - so is every country, the whole world, the moon and other planets and their moons, the astrological signs, etc - and “in the other direction” the wind trees flowers animals us and insects.

I have noticed in the last week that a butterfly flies in front of me at least once a day.

It reminds me of quoting that Muhammad Yunus guy who said An Yang Suu Kyi needed to rediscover herself and reinvent herself to come back to peace, how Gaga said something about reinventing yourself every day, how a science program on the radio last week was talking about how caterpillars already have their butterfly wing structures in their bodies and some implication that this means they “know” they will become butterflies -

All of these things make me ready for Transformation - for the world. But I’m not expecting the Burmese or American or North Korean leaders to change their minds and transform - I mean, it would be awesome if they just “did that on their own” - but I can change myself. I can transform myself and know that it will help the world.

If I really do make a change and then see that change reflected in these leaders that will show that the worldwide connection magic side of this works - and if I make a change which improves myself and my life that helps the world even if some assholes mostly blow it up the next day. But how am I to say that the change I make today isn’t the turning point?

It could be a change I’ve known I need to make and keep putting off - I need to make some art. It could be a change I keep misplacing my direction on, a change I don’t need to make at all, just a course I’m already on that I need to follow better - falling in love all the time.

So I will make that change, today  -I will make art again. I will fall in love however and stop trying to catch myself or be “cautious” or take any control of it - which means I will most likely be shy and artistic because that’s my best most natural response to those feelings.

What would happen if Trump was a little more shy and artistic? I spent many years hating George W Bush for all the people he killed and the terrible ideas he promoted. But his art is sweet and simple and childlike and people forgive the murder and evil when they can say “oh, how sweet!” and there are ways to say that about anyone.

I’m going to make that kids picture book about Kim Jong Un, Bright Morning Star, since that’s the kind of things I’m talking about, the cuteness coming through and saving the world.

America IS America, a Pure Fairy of good ideals. But Grady was right - America is NOT just some idea of America, the Country - he was defending why he wasn’t sending his duplicated Social Security check back because “America” is not a person but a collection of everyone, in response to Lamont saying he was hurting America.

Like I said, i can see it both ways - America is All of Us, and I mean ALL OF US -  and it is ALSO “One Being” - but only when seen from a Fairy perspective, only when seen as a moody, needy, dreamful yet traumatized being - like all of us - who can make mistakes, who needs attention and help to grow.

When seen as a Fixed, Pure, Unchanging Being, America is simply evil and a really bad idea  -any country seen that way becomes evil and really bad ideas.

That’s the real struggle going on now in this country - in this world, and Magically, “ironically” (this means you can iron all the layers down at every scale and they fit the same pattern) in personal relationships.

In an argument or dispute we treat ourselves like a Fixed Being, “I’m the one whom your actions offended.” We expect the other person to change - that’s why we argue with them. If we wanted to change ourselves the conversation could go very differently.

I’m going out for a smoke.

When the basic foundation of every argument, between people, between nations, between ideas (or angels or demons or fairies) is “I refuse to change and insist that you change instead” then the solution to every argument is to consider “how can EYE change (how can I change ME) to save or improve this relationship?”

This is the true essence of compromise. It’s not what politicians call compromise - it’s not “what in my agenda can I put off for now and then insist upon later?” It’s really “what can I change about myself and my perspective to better understand and help the ones whose needs are in conflict with mine?”

No one really needs nuclear weapons, it’s really a bad idea for everyone. America just has no place telling other countries they can’t have them until we get rid of our own - none of the nuclear armed states have any room to talk. But there are many more countries who don’t have nuclear weapons - instead of the whole world being about who can break into that club - and North Korea and Iran CAN, they have proven themselves capable of doing this in spite of crippling sanctions and suffering people.

In a Fairy Argument between nations, telling North Korea and Iran “You Can Not Make Nuclear Weapons” - when they obviously CAN, and can do it no matter how hard you try to stop them - you are just challenging their capability: “I know ONE way you can’t grow, you can’t become a nuclear armed state!” OF COURSE someone is going to try and prove you wrong if you challenge their capabilities - you’re creating the problem because you refuse to acknowledge how at the heart of it you ARE the problem.

Instead of telling North Korea and Iran “You Can Not Make Nuclear Weapons” why not try this approach: “Why would you want to have nuclear weapons? That’s really stupid.”

That would be a hard thing for America to say, with thousands of nuclear weapons. But hundreds of countries could say that completely unironically. And they could say that to America.

The reason we can’t ask the question that way is because we are such hypocrites - “Where did you get this stuff?!?!?” “I learned it from YOU, Dad, I learned it from watching YOU” for anyone who doesn’t remember Mario’s previous career as Junkie Dad on the Say No To Drugs commercial. But if EVERYONE else was asking “Why would you want nuclear weapons? That’s really stupid” then we would start to feel really stupid, like wearing something horribly out of fashion.

Whoever get’s RID of nuclear weapons first will be the Cool Kid of the new era - since we have the most we COULD be the Coolest but only if we really hurry. Most likely we are going to think we are the coolest because we have a sportscar and everyone else will be in jetpacks. And there will be that one REALLY cool kid with the cool haircut who decided not to make a nuclear bomb and make the first jetpacks, instead, who set the new trend.

But mostly everyone will be friends and see each other as equals, because jetpacks will be cheap, and maybe laugh at whoever still thinks a sportscar is cool but they won’t be mean to us and it will only b our own ego holding us back from going jetpack, too.  

“Last night” I knocked on someone’s door and he opened it saying “that’s the same knock I use” (Super Mario Bros) and we hi-fived.

“Last night” I realized how I’ve been stuck in the magic of this gagablog for over a year, how I’ve let the magic get stuck, in a way - at least regarding Gaga. In recent months it’s been intentional, using the sticky magic this has become, to slow any progress towards war with North Korea - I’ve taken my time getting through the Shirley Fairies just because I said I would do it, I was ambivalent at first. And I said I would write all my own interpretations of Artpop lyrics and got halfway through and still haven’t heard Joanne because I thought at this point I should finish that and “earn it” but maybe I need to forgive and change my perspective and allow myself that blessing  -and still write about Artpop but don’t make a job out of it.

And I got diverted from finishing Sexxx Dreams  -and never had a sex dream which I hoped would be the clue to finally writing about it - but I do feel like I’ve been living out the themes of it this whole year  - so I’m ready to change myself mostly by finishing the gagablog about that song I have been putting off all these years, now, when I think about it it could be two.

And maybe I will finish my notes on the Shirley Fairies, if I can find the cord or another DS which is charged - but for now I will just say I’ve started reading a book I was lucky to find at the thrift store, Ram Dass’s “The Only Dance There Is.” I’m only 32 pages into it but the part about being stuck in the 2nd or 3rd chakra, of Jung only venturing into the fourth but being scared of going further, reminds me how I wish to go further, to include everything and leave nothing good behind but also to rise to the occasion I’ve been called to be.

And I think that is the lesson for world events, too  -America needs to be what it CAN be, not what it is.

America is NOT America  -it is NOT the land it claims to be. THAT is the reason why the NFL protest and all protest against police brutality is so important: it points out the most striking injustice, the biggest proof that America is not it’s ideals - yet.

And we could be: bad mentality in the Military AND NFL are large parts of what hold us back  -the mentality those are shades or examples of, too. I didn’t really want to fall for the whole “NFL vs. America” or “NFL vs. The Military” narrative they were trying to make when I wrote my last gagablog - I was trying to make a point that when they make it that way, their Evil Unchanging Idea of America versus our Hopeful, Growing, Improving Idea of America  - We win. Anyone who comes over to our side wins. Because ours is really the only side  -you can’t just hold on to bad ideas, they are eventually proven wrong and die out, even amongst the most stubborn.

The Military - the idea that we will always need a military, etc - is one of the most stubborn institutions for keeping the status quo. It’s the embodiment of one of the worst ideas we have that just needs to die out already, the idea that we have to solve some things with violence.

I said last time that I’m fine with a military that is transformed entirely into a Disaster Rescue Squad to help aid and relocate people in times of crisis. I know it seems like a far-off dream, to some, that this transformation couldn’t happen for many years. But I would point out it is part of the power of magic, as I mention here, that the next day or two after I wrote that there was a news report that they are considering training military troops specifically for disaster response, now - it begins! Tra-la-la-laf - al-doo!

The NFL has also been one of the most stubborn upholders of the status quo - and close partners with the military. More news reports have pointed out other details of the relationship between these two - but all of this IS a distraction, except in the sense that it is good for the NFL itself to change, to respond to the concerns of the people - and it would be good for the military to do this, too.

But mostly it would be good for the police to do this and see that it is not truly against their self-interest to be on the side of the people. It IS against their self-interest as they imagine their self-interest to be, now, because a lot of them are guilty of abusing power and terrible crimes and the rest are guilty of covering for those - but the self-interest of hiding guilt and “getting away with it” is not your TRUE self-interest. It’s hard to do but when you can admit where you were wrong you have a chance to change, to grow. When you look at it that way, the cops COULD be brought to justice by investigations, etc, but Obama wasn’t really doing it and whatever he was doing Trump is undoing, anyway. Really they need to come to Jesus and seek forgiveness so we can all move on and get the police and people back together, on the same side.

It’s really the rule of force that is the problem - if you can’t persuade folks to act like you want with enticements maybe you just have bad objectives. We can’t oppose the rule of force in some countries and not root it out of our own, or ignore countries like Myanmar where they are having a terrible genocide just because we want to be “friends” with their leadership or cultivate their infant “democracy.” “Democracy” that allows genocide isn’t Good, it just shows there are some real problems that need to be addressed on a soul level - the soul of the country, the soul of the people.

The leader of countries represents that Soul, however they got there. Anyone who enables and supports genocide cannot have the support of The People - if we fail, as a country, to condemn it and do something about it then it reveals that we are, currently, more a country of Genocide, still, than the country of The People we aspire to be.

So we need to change. We need to find peaceful ways to help change other countries and to do so we need to change our own, we need to live up to our promise and claims.

And we can’t do that if we try to silence the people who point out our flaws, we need to celebrate them and listen to them and use their perspective to improve and grow.

Grady was right when he said America is not America, an idea, it is the People in America. Most importantly it is ALL the People, not just certain ones. The big debate in the media is how much we should discriminate against people with such and such legal status - but this question, as important as it is, seems to presume that if people are citizens they will THEN have equal rights. This is so untrue and when you see all the opposition to TALKING about it, when we can talk about where to move the bar on oppressing immigrants on a daily basis, you can see that they are using the focus on one problem to avoid the deeper issue of racism and classism itself.

The right refuses to talk about police brutality, they want to dismiss it and set up the NFL protest as anti-military. The media goes along with this, just like they go along with the idea that there is a “debate” about global warming when all you have on one side of it is Stupid. So we avoid talking about the real issue, police brutality, racism, and injustice, by talking about all these “side-issues” brought up by people who can’t face the harsh reality that America, as it is, is not fair and is extremely oppressive to certain groups of people.

In the last week there have been referendums in Kurdistan and Catalonia, and maybe other places, to break away from the countries the are in. The Kurdistan one has all sorts of opposition from it’s neighboring countries of Iran, Turkey, and Iraq, all of which have big Kurdish populations and areas they fear would break away and join Kurdistan, presumably  - and Iraq / America want the oil that is there. America is trying the whole “you’re disrupting the fight against ISIS if you take this vote!” approach which shows how lame we are: You aren’t fearing the fearful situation we created enough to do everything we say, you are trying to act out of other emotions than fear, how can we scare you some more?

It gets so old being the bully, teaching other countries to bully, making a Bully Down Economy of authoritarian power. If we just had a change of heart and became a Good Person….

We could lead the movement to make all countries Good People - like we claim to do, but actually do it by setting an example. An example that doesn’t have exceptions that people are afraid to talk about, to recognize - it’s now 1 PM on Tuesday, October 4th.

I left this “open” after “become a Good Person…” and since then a few things happened I should mention, then I should end this and write another one for the last notes of Shirley before letting this whole spell go.

Then I should write about Sexxx Dreams and let that whole spell - suspended for two years - go.

Then I whould write about the rest of Artpop, fast as lightning, and then listen to Joanne and maybe write about that, too - but all the while I need to write my creative work.

A few things happened I wanted to mention in the last few days since I last wrote this - I think it was Saturday that I wrote the first part, mostly. Denver Pagan Pride festival was awesome and my Fairy Magic workshop was okay.

They had that vote in Catalonia and the Spanish police were sent in to try and break it up. There are images circulating of injured civilians, old ladies with bloody faces, Catalonian firemen in uniform lining up to take the blows from Spanish policemen who are trying to beat the voters - really bad scenes in my opinion and I have not paid much attention to the news about it. They said that the police beat 900 people, that over 900 injuries  were reported from the police beatings, I should say.

We had another mass shooting in America, I could probably write another whole edition about it but I already have. It took all the media attention.

Trump is going to Puerto Rico, he’s probably there now and he says he will go to Las Vegas, where the most recent, so far, mass shooting was, tomorrow.

There is a reason all of these stories, including Kurdistan and Catalonia, are in the “America is not America” edition of the gagablog: it’s all about What National Identity Means.

In the media coverage of the lack of assistance reaching most people in Puerto Rico they had the governor on the radio and the last thing he said was “I want to remind everyone that Puerto Ricans are Americans.” This upset me in a number of ways - first, that it implies being American deserves consideration and assistance and therefore not being American deserves less compassion - and I don’t want to get sidetracked but I know this IS a “thing” in America, I just hate that thing so much I prefer to hold us to some kind of compassionate ideal. It’s just feeding that belief: because we are American we deserve help, if we weren’t we wouldn’t. And then it offends me that he feels like he has to say that, like he has to remind people because generally “America” is so racist against Puerto Ricans that “she” would not think that way unless reminded (America is not America, remember - that’s not “really” her, or that’s her in her racist phase but not her True Spirit when she grows up)

This is the question in Kurdistan, too, in Scotland -  though they voted against independence, I guess - and in Catalonia - though who can tell how much of this is “Good” - meaning about rights and self-determination, liberty, and how much would be taken “too far” to oppress minorities within the created states, as Russia claimed was happening in Crimea?

Maybe that never actually happens, though, maybe the oppressed people, once liberated and in their own state, DON’T oppress other people? I don’t know - what happened in Israel? Seems like a lot of oppression but maybe it is “certain people” taking advantage of the government, just like in America  -it’s not like All Americans want to bully the world and have cops shoot black people. What happened in South Africa? I really don’t know enough history, but recent news seems like the current situation is the Guptas, from somewhere in Asia, taking advantage of the whole country  -so an oppressed people were liberated and maybe oppressed each other, afterwards, but apparently a New Challenger Has Arrived, a New Oppressor is on the Scene.

Because they have a lot of money, apparently.

The ability to have a lot of money and do bad stuff with it is Pro-Level Oppression.

So the American Military is a pretty big oppressor, so are a lot of American Institutions  -the NFL is one of them but it MAY have to shed some oppressor skin and help lead a change, if we hold them to this new tinge of conscience.

Rednecks, country music fans, etc, may have to accept the fact that unrestricted gun access is really not good for anyone except serial killers and stop obstructing efforts to change this  - though far too many of them will probably see it all as a conspiracy to get them to wise up and refuse to do it, etc  -I don’t want to write about the enforced, well funded stupidity of “Gun Rights” I really don’t care about that stuff, it produces “Gun Nuts.”

They say this killer had no criminal record. He was just a Rich Guy. A Gambler. Who could afford and had a lot of guns.

I was going to write about this last night but ended up doing other things including watching a rerun of 227 - it was the second part of a two-part episode where they all go to a casino and Rose is going to get married there.

I just turned on the TV to see any new information and it was TMZ Live interviewing some girl who had pink hair, I assume a performer of some kind, who was pro-2nd Amendment, was there in a bar when the shooting occurred and was told there were 3 shooters, that one had been neutralized, and she was scared even more because only one person, her friend, in the room had a gun and only had 7 rounds, the off-duty cop took the gun to protect the bar full of 70 people, believing there were multiple active shooters running around, and were scared there was only one gun amongst them.

So of course her and her second amendment, pro-gun friends decide that the answer is “More Guns.” When asked about why anyone would need a machine gun she could only say “hunters” and hunting a boar was the reason she gave - it sounded like she was being coached from someone in the room. She said it should be about the victims.

They responded that in two weeks people would not be as engaged, that this was the time to talk about the issues around mass shootings - I feel like sadly it will happen again and again, until we really do something about it.

Ideas based on fear - so that the 2nd Amendment is your most important belief to you - are what drag us all down. These “tragedies” are just the just desserts of the recipes we make with so many people paid to promote the Gun Nut mentality - it will keep happening until we end the whole fear-based way of thinking.

And the same thing goes for war and police brutality - it will keep happening until we end it, from the inside, by rooting that mentality, fear, out of all humanity - every individual and institution.

And I believe in solving all the problems at once, by living up to the dream so that America IS America, all the Good things about America that we claim to be. The votes for independence are all about Who We Are - our protests against police brutality, our calls to end global warming, all of these issues are about Who We Are  -ALL of us, not just SOME of us or Corporations Only.

I’m excited to read more of this Ram Dass book. I’m on page 42 and he’s making the point about working on yourself, making more consciousness. Wayne Newton was on TMZ Live as I was reading that page again, finding my place, talking about entertainers duty to provide people with an escape, a release.

I will “finish” this, put it aside, and write and publish fairy tales, picture books, poetry, and coloring book.
