Third "Shirley" Fairies; gagablog #146

I have to admit I care about this. I was very upset at all the work I lost when my last gagablog was mostly erased, the whole second note-card I had conveyed to here and all the news and old rerun TV and commercial and events in the environment around me calling attention to this fairy magic that appears wherever you look for it and always surprises you, too.

But I am over being sad or feeling bad for all the lost clever phrases, glad I avoided recording some confused emotions, possibly, now that I am in a better place in my heart than I have been, recently. I'm sad and don't know what to say if it had my first reaction to hearing from my first true love after 23 years of no contact - and I know i want to finish the notes even if I don't get all the other references in - on Good Times they are talking about re purposing old clothes as I type this - and I want to "skip" some of those moments, when they happen, but have the TV on just in case.

And I was in a hurry to finish this and write the next one, about gender, and the next one, about Good Government, and then finish Artpop writings, then finally hear Joanne. And I made a good comment, I thought, on a facebook post about differing opinions on whether there are two or more genders: "there are more than two of lots of things" was my first comment, and "but in a better way, All is One" was my following comment - and I think that says it enough, for now, that I can take my time and finish this.

And I'm still not listening to the news, for the last few weeks since my radio in my car shut off, but I don't think i am missing any connections, there, either - but will be glad to note any that arise as I write this. Now for a bowl of Lion's Domain, our first time with Damien Marley's strain.

While I feel a loss at the various random people I mentioned before that work was erased, maybe some spirits don't want to be associated with this and I respect that.

And while I miss the various "proofs" of fairy-media magic that got deleted, my greater goal is liberation - the liberation of fairies and everything else, of ourselves - and I don't really want to be "catching" others in an attempt to liberate the oppressed. I mostly just miss my clever phrases and hope I run across some of them again. I'm taking a walk to the coffeeshop for a date and then will return to complete this, even though is is a beautiful day and I may be tempted to walk on the mountain or play some disc golf instead.

I got an iced chai and a Taste of Denmark cream danish. I did read the paper at the coffeeshop, just some of the front page, about AG Jeff Sessions denying involvement with the Russians in Trump's campaign, and another article about Russian cyber attacks affecting 39 states voting machines, more than previously reported. I haven't heard much about this storyline but know it relates to Reality Winner, from Colorado, who leaked information and they claimed that she intended to burn down the White House, which seems like a ridiculous claim and plan. one more bowl for 4:20.

Since All in the Family was on, I switched to Gilligan's Island - reminded me the last one I saw, while writing the part that got deleted, was about Voodoo - this one is about dousing for water, right now, and sucking pebbles, something my lover learned in the desert and Festus does on Gunsmoke. 8 drops were his daily and evening ration.

pg 3248 - "is it our double?...our manifold wraith?" Whatever I am saying about any of this relates to those connections between things, how we are are reflections of each other, in different ways. And the relation of the magical beings are the same, to us, as we are to each other - we are each other, to consider these "more other" dimensions - and so we see these others in each other and ourselves. Like "aliens" could unite the people of earth, but we will be better off uniting "without" them, or any percieved "threat" from them - on our own - or with them. It's all about leaving behind the idea of the "other" even by finding relations with stranger beings.

3326 - "all the angular movements with which she had vexed the soul of Sam Wynne were conjured to rest as by a charm." This is simply the power of love as magic to hurt when unwelcome and heal when wanted. Gilligan is talking with and following a frog to find water. He got to an underground cave filled with water and thanked the frog, but can't get out  - an analogy for Kekism? "Thanks for the advice but too bad I don't speak frog."

3313 - "..he came back to the magnet, Shirley.." how do they work?

3317 - 'having swallowed his quantum of tea" - as I read "swallowed" Gilligan said "well don't swallow it might be my frog" when the Skipper said "there's a lump in my throat" - he just explained to Gilligan they can't start a fire to dry out the matches when the matches are wet. I noted this originally to note "quantum" and I'm glad the magic is back, now, to echo this writing as a magical act, through the TV, I like that recognition, but wonder what I said, last time - no more, time to write for now.

3397 - "Where did you come from? Are you fairies? I left two like you, one in purple, one in white..." Fairies have abilities to travel that we don't understand, but we know or suspect they can. Purple and white are colors - many of the mysterious tiny lights I see are purple but I might see more white ones but ignore them as "normal." But you never know what can be both.

3415 - "no purest angel need blush to love!" This is a sentiment I believe we all know, deep down, but are repressed and trained to hide and scorn and even act as if we disbelieve it - that everything is purely made of love, that love is what we sense in everything, beneath everything, as the source for All, and we just suffer from the complications of misunderstanding  -or rejecting - this.

I am glad to have heard Tess Whitehurst's recent video about allowing magic to come into your life, allowing the universe to conspire for you, and accepting the help and offers of others more than our pride sometimes suggests we can, to welcome help as blessings and reminders of how good it is for "both" parties  -it reminds me of the uniting power of all forms of love  -all kind actions  -and also of the "drala" definition of magic, from Tibet, i think, that i read about in the Sacred Path of the Warrior. The girl he just met in Happy Days likes the movie because it has a lot of daylight scenes so she can read, poetry, which "gets you where you live" - here, in the theater. He introduced her to Fonzie to fix her car, she asks if she can stay there, Richie offers her to stay at his house.

  3419 - "against my principles to eat murdered animals" Diedre says- "I think she's a beatnik" his brother says, his dad gets mad "she's still a beatnik, I'm not thrilled about having a beatnik in my house!... I don't want any of that beatnik stuff at dinner - you know, bongo playing, (something)  expresso drinking - and i don't want her smoking any of those weird cigarrettes.." "they're called reefers, dear." "I don't think she's a real beatnik, she's using soap" his brother reports. "I thought I'd dies and gone to heaven and the Celtics were in charge" she says about her bedroom. He is reading her a poem now - she loves it. He loves her, i think. "not exactly sick, just a little pregnant" she says. "If you were a beatnik bongo player, where would you hang out?" - "The Purple Ego" - Fonze just scared down a girl to get her to go out with him and it worked - "eye contact."

In Shirley, pg 3419 - "they blaspheme living fire, seraph-brought from a Divine altar." "They confound it with sparks mounting from Tophet!" which from Wikipedia I learned was a mountain where the people sacrficed babies to Baal and Moloch - I read that as Diedre, the beatnik, said she didn't eat murdered animals and went off on that connection. This is about uninspired, repressed people misunderstanding and fearing Love and what is truly divine - magic.

3428  -"Nature is now at her evening prayers..." and this is one of the descriptions and power of the Goddess who emerges many times in this book, they discuss how she is the Divine Eve not the one misrepresented by Milton, etc - things can be better understood, misunderstood, taken into different contexts - great sentiments may be reduced by trying to fit them into misrepresented myths. You can sense the desire for nature, for love, beyond the constraints of society that they still try to justify, can't break out of them even though their hearts may call them to.

3438 - she talks about how Eve gave birth to Titans and he asks "Pagan that you are, what does that signify?" and says she has a "mash" of mythologies. She goes on to describe the Goddess as she saw her on page

George Jefferson, now - "the only way to treat a banker like you, I'm withdrawing you from my house and depositing it in the street...the only way to fight White Power is with Black Power, the militants are right....I don't care what the honkeys think (when she says Lynol  - Lionel? - will prove them right if he loots - "MLK is saying Burn Baby Burn from heaven" she says sarcastically - this is the episode where he gets assassinated.) "I remember the first day I realized I was colored - " "Black" Lynol corrects him - he said he saw a fire truck when he was a kid and told his dad he wanted to be one and his dad told him they don't let black folk on the fire department - but MLK gave him the hope to go for it and change the world in the process. "We've got some difficulties ahead, but it really doesn't matter to me now, because I've been to the mountaintop...longevity has it's place, but I'm not oncerned about that now... I've seen the promised land, I want you to know tonight that we as a people will get to the promised land... I'm not worried about anything I'm not fearing any man" - they ended the episode with that speech coming over the radio  -and there is something about me recording that girl reading poetry in a theater and the rerun of the Jeffersons listening to a replay on the radio, all to be typed onto the internet in 2017.

3444 - she describes the natural formations and phenomena that comprise the image and form of Nature, the Goddess.

3448 - Shirley says she will not go into church but "I will stay out here with my mother Eve, in these days called Nature." She then talks about "when she fell from paradise" and again these most glorious images and ideas suffer from forcing them into lesser constructions but she is addressing that very idea, ironically, when she says "all that is glorious on earth shines there still" (on her brow from which "heaven may have faded." They are sitting in a giant bowl of guacamole in a spa on 227. She wants to be immersed in Nature, with her Mother, and hushes Caroline to hear her as well and they both take to imagining, Shirley entranced and Caroline "dreaming, too, in her own way" (3452) and thinking of her mother - "unknown, unloved, but not unlonged for." Maybe Charlotte Bronte meant this as an analogy for Nature, too - and the longing can lead to other things, with enough attention and presence.

3517 - "Joe looked as if he thought this talk was like the chattering of a pie." This is fairy, like Shopkins and items and food get enchanted and speak, in stories and on Sesame Street and in fairy encounters - and it also stood out because it reminds me of the Simpsons when Homer writes a movie script about a man whose best friend is a talking pie - and Richie Cunningham, Ron Howard, steals the idea and the talking pie is what gets the executive to decide to produce it.

3559-60 "I would walk from Fieldhead to the church any fine summer night, three hours later than this, for the mere pleasure of seeing the stars, and the chance of meeting a fairy." So meeting fairies is desirable like seeing the stars, not to be feared like hazards on the road  -she is declining accompaniment - and in similar conditions, of late night, fine nights, summer, and out in nature. "How many times can we watch Howard the Duck?" Mary is complaining to the cable company on 227.

3593 - "She did not even evade the haunted back kitchen" and concludes that "'There is neither spirit nor flesh in the house at present,' she said, 'which should not be there.'" There are spirits they are fine with, who are welcome, expected  - and all is fine but maybe death is on her mind as she is about to present pistols. It also reminds me of Yo Kai Watch where the kid just gets more and more familiar with interacting with and befriending spirits of various natures and habits.

4163 - "the pure gift of God to his creature, the free dower of Nature to her child. This joy gives her experience of a genii-life. Bouyant, by green steps.." she is at a level "scarcely lower than that whence angels looked down on the dreamer of Bethel" and this fairy - angel, pure love connection is true for all of us, for every being - but Shirley gets to feel it, to bask in it. Earlier today my friend made the joke "Bask in it!" - the nice weather  - like a command, like Patrick tells people to "Look at it!" when he thinks people are avoiding Spongebob because he is ugly, not realizing it is his smell. This is all about how appreciation, attitude, can allow us to rise to different levels, to experience more pure goodness as different "kinds" of beings - but that we can all do this so no creature or spirit is really "lower" than others, all can rise and be happier, more true to our real truth.

4237  - "The girl was no enchantress, and knew no magic spell, yet what she said took almost magical effect on her young mistress." Words are magic but this is also the result of a restored connection in the letter that arrived - the Love Doctor on 227 just told the previous caller that it was okay if her husband only wore the dresses in the privacy of her own home, then correctly presumed that Mary was lacking spice in her marriage because she wore a robe and slippers around the house. "I've got a negligee that will make any man get fresh" Rose says, and Wanda chimes in that hers would raise the dead.  Magic is everywhere but we mostly only recognize it when we are joking or "embellishing".

4247 - "Illusion was following her in Perimask" and gave her fanciful hope of seeing her love - I can relate to plenty of this, this close confidence with Illusion where only she knows my desires and wishes.

4262 - "of the sort called love-ribbon" - I just had to mention this because I love the name, I looked it up and I think it has a satin border or something, i forget, now - about to go to the store so may not even finish this half of card 3, tonight before work.

4273 - "started up like some fairy from the side of the great dame's chair, where she had been sitting on a toadstool..." and she compares Caroline to an angel, saying "if, instead of you, a white angel with a crown of stars, had come into the room" they would not take any more notice (4275) then she says her sister is basically a "robot" (4279 - "aut--aut--" ) for being unfeeling towards her  -so we see how robots are less feeling than humans, who are less feeling than fairies and angels, because when we go the other way, into feeling, we become like them but when we slip into unfeeling we are like robots - today, however, even robots are made to be feeling and even teach us feeling where we have become too "robotic"  - mechanical - by our materialistic culture. But even the "coarser" material of automatons can be the ones who teach us to feel when we have become too wooden.

4295 - "but if you only went on and on, like some enchanted lady in a fairy tale, you might be happier than now." Then they discuss if change is necessary to happiness - yes  - and if it is synonymous with it - (4298) "I don't know; but I feel monotony and death to be almost the same." This is an claim for chaos, change, happiness in variety of experience. "If we all worked we'd have to massage each other" Chrissie just said, which Jack said "has a nice ring to it." Her mom tells Rose that happiness comes from doing her duty (4301) and Rose's reply is that she will stop hiding her talents and Live  -that is the Big Lesson to me, after all, and I'm glad I re-read this, again, for this reminder. There is a bell dinging in Janet's flower shop to remind me, too.

4455  - "affected her like a spell"   to be near him even if they never touched or spoke. Love, magic, is like that and works in all the "other" ways besides the ones we think in - magical ways, so we call it spells even if it is only a simile.

4466 - how "the future" comes to us in hints and bursts.

4536-37  - "Can the dead revisit those they leave? Can they come in the elements? Will wind, water, fire, lend me a path to Moore?" "Is it for nothing the wind sounds almost articulately sometimes...as if for sorrow to come? Does nothing, then, haunt it?" This is how spirits speak to us in nature, and other ways - and she talks about how clearly the wind has spoken to her that she could write it down if she weren't afraid.

4540  - "influences that are about us in the atmosphere.." and "playing over our nerves like fingers on stringed instruments..." how magical influences effect us like music, in the air, playing us like fiddles, etc. - and this is musing about that "electricity they speak of" which makes me wonder, what WAS electricity, at that time, how was it understood? The local news is talking about lightning, now, and it is 9:18 so I have a half hour before I have to go to work.

4541 - just after this discussion of electricity and atmosphere she muses "Where is the other world? In What will another life consist?" This is an intuition of the way all magical worlds are interwoven, including this one, but we do have an idea of different areas and modes of existence, angel, fairy, ghostly, nature.

4629  - "can papa's spirit hear us?" And "love" is the connection she hopes will reach beyond that barrier but her mom replies that it is not Love but forgiveness - and won't love him for all eternity, if he is waiting for her.

4647 - "..to dare to encounter his still finer and most fairy-like representative" how the fairy carries the magic of the beast father and she could not be reminded of him and gave her away. The Fairy could be the sweet kernel of power that can grow monstrous when wild or at odds with the world.

4680 - he names mystical things he would acquire for a woman, "a roc's egg or the breastplate of Aaron, a share of St. John's locusts and honey or the leathern girdle about his loins" but he can't give them "sympathy, sentiment, some of these indefinite abstractions" he "can't do it; I don't know it; I haven't got it." Myth is easier to handle than abstraction and this is maybe supposed to be about gender, too, or at least That Kind of Man.

The last note on this card, this side, is for pg 4686 "Good night, bairnie. God bless thee!" I mentioned this for the "Bernie" reference - now, today's news is about the man who shot up the Republican congressmen's baseball game and was a Bernie supporter and how it brings out the "schism" in Progressives in online conversation. Also earlier tonight there was an episode of Three's Company where they are indignant at Mr. Roper for paying off the delivery boy, Bernie, to tell him that Mrs. Roper's secret admirer is herself, trying to make him jealous. "You payed him to fink on Mrs. Roper?" "Hey, a quarter's a quarter." he says.

I think anyone who really cares and paid attention went right to the Greens and gave up on democrats forever, it's just the media has enough money, the system does, to pretend it is "still going on" but it's over - there are different lines being drawn and soon the Public will realize that it is only the same evil organizations pitting us against each other and only pretending to be "against each other" for theater and to get us to donate to them.

With a a note card and a half to go I realize I can go ahead and publish this - before I felt like the whole process was staving off world war three and it didn't matter how long I took to write it, i just wanted to keep everything "frozen" in time while things seemed so threatening. Since then Trump is praising China and the "investigations" and revelations continue - but nothing seems too close to major changes. So I will take my time and do this in 3 more editions if it takes that, or finish it next time - then one about Gender, one about Government, as promised, and then back to finishing Artpop's songs and finally listening to Joanne, hopefully reuniting with Gaga after this period of pronounced division. I need this love, grace and art in my life again and you can't force greater goodness, only make more space for it.

That is why I am so glad to have heard Tess's video, yesterday, and still have this to write. And I found out, last week, about Tupac's plan to fix the problems in the world, as detailed in a phone conversation a few days before he was killed - there is a biopic about him coming out this summer and I imagine the ideas he was killed for will be revisited - but it reminds me also of my disappointment that Gaga did not support Bernie, the origin of my boycott of all who traded principles in for Hillary, and I realize now they will kill you if you use your power for too Much good, you have to be sneaky about it. I'm sorry for not only seeing it this way and ever taking it personally, Stephanie, and Bernie, too - you didn't sell out, you live to do more good when the world is ready.

Thank you, I hope we can all find ourselves on the same team again so we can save the world together - there is still time while we are here, let's be as present and make the most of it possible, from now on. Let's honor what we may have lost by finding more, others, and making art to preserve the meaning and memory of what has gone and be ready for new connections, too.

Shirley Fairies (con't), Comey and Trump, Denver 4-20 and World Peace Emerging: gagablog #145

I had faith we would not start World War 3 and postponed finishing the Fairies of Shirley edition and was rewarded by dramatic news in the world and my personal life. First, the news:

There was a report that Trump had sent a Navy armada to North Korea. They reported on this for a few days and then yesterday, 4-19-17, started reporting that the ships had sailed in the opposite direction, towards Australia for training, instead. This is peculiar, whether Trump was "bluffing" or some other reason for the misreporting or redirection. Or whether it really is going to North Korea after all and they are saying it isn't to try to be sneaky? It seems like something people could easily verify and is an interesting story to imagine "why" it happened - 

but from the perspective of Magic it happened because we believed in peace - I showed belief in this by pausing this edition assuming I would have more time to talk about the Fairies of Shirley even if I waited a few days.

It is now 4-20-17 at 5:42 AM and the local news was just about the largest potsmoking gathering at the downtown park in Denver today. I could go off on a tangent about this but will instead just smoke a bowl. 2 Chainz is playing a free show at the festival and the newscaster were talking about the cloud that will arise over the whole town. It will be beautiful here and some snow tomorrow in the mountains. 

The headline that grabbed a lot of attention was FOX firing Bill O'Reilly and I don't have much to say about that except he is a hateful fearmonger and it makes sense that Roger Ailes was sexually abusing people and Bill probably was, too - it makes sense because the whole organization represents the worst ideas and culture in America and since so much of that is patriarchal and sexual harrassment mostly is, too, it "fits" their brand. The fact that they paid people off and it took this long to address it, and also that his ratings were higher than ever while the scandal was emerging shows the way that culture dismisses, ignores, or forgives sexism along with racism and other social evils.

But mostly the fact that this is such a "story," now, and took this long to happen shows how sick our society is with patriarchy. Meanwhile some other world events show other interesting developments in the world.

The main story from the BBC was that Theresa May had called for a new election even after promising there would not be any until after Brexit, in 2020. The pundits all say she is expecting to consolidate power  -I just have the intuition that the "opposite" will happen - and maybe she is a pawn of this ploy, too  -that the opposition to Brexit will organize, or rig it if they are the "Real Powers" (as the Military is revealing itself to be in America) and Brexit will be undone.

Of course this will alarm the anti-globalists, but depending on how it happens, what happens between now and June 8th when they vote, may be events that make the story a believable "surprise" - even if it was orchestrated all along.

So far the news that Trump's Armada really went South, not North, and that there will be a British election before Brexit seem related, to me, in this time (as an emergency alert system test comes on my TV at 5:55 AM -they used to do these hourly, it seems, in the Reagan and Bush years.) It seems to be that "Twist" I always believe in to avoid "inevitable war" - or the Fairy Twist, the psychedelic, curvy direction between all other dimensions. I had some personal events that seemed to relate to this, too - and since I only have another 45 minutes I won't likely get to very many fairy references from the book and will continue this in the next edition, too - but I had enough to mention in just these last few magical days.

While the Armada was Magically reversed and Brexit has an opening, surprisingly, to be reversed - though the barely mention that aspect because the "polls show her support is so strong" - which could easily be a ruse - there was another news story, Turkish President Erdowan winning his vote for expanded powers by 51% to 48%. The opposition is challenging it and the western media keeps suggesting it is a sign of the "end of democracy" in Turkey, this close vote on the power expansion. I wonder how they can use that term and never were talking about the End of Democracy in America after Hillary Clinton and the DNC  / superdelegates stole the Primary from Bernie Sanders and the Berners. 

And I wonder in general what the relationship of various Autocratic regimes, including our own, really are - but as I explored in the last edition we might as well treat them all like a club against the world, against the rest of us. 

They are only estimating 50,000 people at the "worlds largest free pot festival"  - they said last year the cops arrested 74 people and 50 were pot-related - but I was there last year and it seemed like more like 420,000 people and the picture they just showed looked the same - last year the concert part had been postponed until May but now, with the concert, too, and probably vending that accompanies the more organized concert part, it will likely be a massive crowd - last year the Actual 420, with no events or entertainment, was around half a million people, but the postponed "official event" with music (they sold tickets to an area close to the stage but the rest was free) and vendors didn't even have half as many people. So putting them back together, tomorrow, I suspect a million people could be there.

The one thing I want to mention about Erdowan is that I think he used to be a soccer star.

In Pakistan the news is that the President's kids are under suspicion for embezzlement, or something, that could implicate their father and even force him from office -according to BBC reports. They also mentioned that his opponent was a former Cricket star. 

This "trend" or idea of sports stars becoming politicians made me think of something my 11-year old daughter said. She mentioned she was into Art, not sports. I asked her why it had to be one or the other  - why she said it like that as if they were opposites or mutually exclusive. At the time I was thinking it was a product of the way school is set up - you can either pick art or sports, for an elective or after-school programs. But her response was illuminating. She said "I'm more of a creative thinker and individual."

In the context of these athlete-politicians, and the way our cultures promote sports and idolize athletes, far more than artists, this makes me think the whole program is to make politicians who are good team players, good at being coached, and have personal charisma to be stars - but not the Creative types who become artists, who are more likely to come up with creative solutions and ways to govern.  

The last world news I will mention is that there is more coverage of Filipino President Duterte's "War on Drugs" and a report that while the official version is that Vigilantes are killing drug addicts the truth is that it is mostly the police forces, under orders, and they are also framing the victims with drugs and guns ins a systematic way and also forcing minor offenders of other crimes to admit to drug crimes which puts them on lists to be targeted and killed, too. This is at least good news that more reports are coming out, meanwhile it seems like silence on the genocide in Myanmar, Burma, again. I'm glad I mentioned how evil this is, here, the "War on Drugs" and I hope that while he has gone to excesses in the police murder and brutality, by exposing how that happens I think it will reflect on other Drug Wars and their similar tactics, including here in America, and maybe finally make enough outcry to change the culture of policing in America - along with our whole theory of government.

Soon I will write an edition about deconstructing government and what would truly be an effective, good modern government, dispensing with many old models and presumptions. But mostly just taking a fresh look at the structures of government and new ways, besides conflict, to solve problems.

Oh, the other story they just reminded us of on the news, CBS, is that the CIA and FBI are looking for a Traitor in their midst. It's an interesting story that they are even telling us this since there is nothing the public can do to "help" and it seems like an "internal issue." 

Now I have a lot that just happened in the days since I last wrote this that make me feel like it was good to postpone it and since i have 20 more minutes I doubt I will even get to the Shirley Fairies today but will leave the title since I credit fairies with so much of this and know they like dramatic entrances and suspense, too.

I drew a picture of a bunny for a friend for Easter. I had a crush on her for months and decided she did not feel the same way and was trying to get over my feelings but when I really felt them, and wasn't trying not to, I wanted to make this picture for her and never did. So I thought it might help me get over it if I made the picture, if that was the "meaning" of my crush, just to snap me back into making Art. So I made it and I don't know if it worked the way I hoped but I did attribute making the art to the series of events that happened next.

That night, Easter, I had a dream. I rarely remember dreams - I was going to postpone writing about Sexxx Dreams until I had a sexy dream - that was 2 years ago, about, and I never had those dreams. This wasn't one, either, but it was a vivid dream and I only have those a few times a year that I can recall. In it the girl was kissing a guy and I saw them through a filtering structure so they could not see me. This made me think i am right that she does not like me like that, she likes someone else. "You can see the haze, like a canopy over those people" the newscaster just said about some 420 footage. But then she said I could paint her, a little later in the dream, that she would model for me. This seemed like a dream come true, it made me feel so good, like "what i really wanted, after all" even if I can't be with her romantically. So it was as close to a sex dream as I have had in years, since "expecting" one, and the Love-making was more Art than physical affection - for me. 

I was going to draw more tonight but wanted to complete this edition since so much happened, in the world and for me, in these few days.

The next big surprise came the next day, Monday. I accidentally got back in touch with my first girlfriend. We talked on the phone and had not had any contact for 23 years. It left me with a strange feeling and I can best say that I feel  - I can't say, honestly. it's a strange feeling. But good, it seems like it is certainly a good sign.

Then the next day, Tuesday, I got a message from someone I only knew through facebook and we talked on the phone for the first time, for an hour or so, mostly about World Events. She thanked me for my positivity and I thanked her for offering me a Way Out, up to the mountains, should Bad Things go down. But I believe in believing in Good things and have faith we will pull through to a wonderful new age. 

I was advising her that Art could be the secret escape, Path to a Peaceful Future - like Gaga's new song The Cure - since Gaga Is Art, is Love, is Magic, is The Cure - but it also seemed to be the message to me: I may feel I want to be in love with girls I meet but I really want to be in love with Everyone through art and it's simply really easy for beautiful girls to remind me of this. 

Making some art, finally, after all this time, opened a path to talk to my first love. It opens up other connections I also could not expect. But for me that contact after 23 years was a powerful sign that I am getting Back on The Right Track. 

I will take my lover to work now and then return to note some fairies. It's 6:39 AM. 

And now 7:22. The other Big News today was that facebook is making Thought-reading technology and also touch-based communication systems. My first reaction is sex-bot, artificial intelligence applications and also I wonder if they will use psychics to develop it. I imagine it they do it will work better, they will develop it faster, and it will be capable of more "kinds" of thought. Also I suspect that will finally provide a lot of scientific evidence of psychic phenomena which will be interesting - or at least develop some tools that more ambitions people will use to prove psychic phenomena (Mother's day edit).

If I have 20 more minutes I can maybe note a few more of these fairies. The section on Youth was full of them and I could spend all this time on that - but basically youth and fairy are connected in a special way, such as the wonderment of imagination and newness - freedom from prejudice and complex structures of understanding.

Page 1680-81: Jessy, however, was destined to possess, along with sprightly intelligence and vivacious feeling, the gift of fascination, the power to charm when, where, and whom she would." This is the first return to Fairy-talk after a long pause and it is full of them, to describe a young character who barely appears in the story. The word "sprightly" isn't spelled like "sprite" but means the same thing and all of these qualities are connected - it's most of what we know of this character. The vivacious feeling is also a fairy quality but the "fascination" is more specific - I expect it could mean the ability to be fascinated, the way we use the word passively, but I love the idea that this is a description of her charm, that she can actively fascinate people and this reminds me of the 80's song "Fascination" that I love so much: "we deal in fascination" I believe is the lyric. And not just charming to everyone but the ability to charm, the active magic of what we often consider a descriptive quality. It is this activation of qualities that suggest Fairy - the active being behind things we consider as Tones or Aspects. 

pg. 1874 - (it is now 5:31 AM on 4-26-17. A few news events coincided with my life events in the past few days, loosely: I got my car exhaust fixed after a long time of stressing about it. On that same day the news was of a uprising in Venezuela and the government seized a GM factory - the news reported the uprising one day and the seizure the next day and that 20 people were killed in the protests. I wonder how these were connected but they connect with my own car in the idea that exhaust is bad for everyone and cleaning things up, fixing systems, is good. Is the exhaust an analogy for the government or protesters? Depends on whose side you are on, I suppose. But it is a metaphor for larger things: how bad exhaust, not properly filtering and muffling your sounds, draws a lot of attention and disturbs people and is unhealthy. My car sounds a lot better and feels a lot better and so I feel better driving it and in general I am more at ease feeling like my car will last longer - but wish me luck on passing the emissions test soon, too.

And wish us luck on passing the test today and avoiding war with Korea - the Senate is being called to a briefing today and every report keeps repeating refrains of doom and war - but there will be ways to avoid it and end war entirely if we take full advantage of the time we are in. Its a lesson to me to curb my emissions, clean up my act - and a reminder not to feel anxious and running around but feel smooth in travelling but also make the most of my free time by not having to worry about mechanical concerns.

Trump is full of bad exhaust these days and so is North Korea, everyone talking tough and loudly. This is the kind of talk that can lead to violence but maybe this is a magical key to how we can fix the exhaust, put a whole new exhaust system on a machine that had it rust out and fall off. Again, this works for both regimes.

Now back to the fairies of page 1874  - and a bowl of Zeta sage and a reminder: I trust in these fairies, in Us, that we wont start another War, or WW3, today: we will have time to talk about fairies and other lovely things. Not because Trump will defend us from destruction with more destruction, or that congress will insist that only they can declare war and "restrain him" - most of our wars in recent decades were not "official" like that - but it's not trust in government that will save us. It is trust in ourselves, in magic, in fairies and other good and tricky powers that can help change things in unforeseen ways. So I will finish this, hopefully, now, but if I don't I feel sure there will be time for more - if I do I will move on to other topics.

Oh, I bought Joanne today - still haven't heard it, I will finish this first and use it today in a spell to avoid war. To reconnect with the goddess for myself and for the world, just as I am finally fixing my machine, my car  -and also quitting smoking cigarettes and starting more exercise, too, in order to tune up my body-machine as well, and the good effects that can represent.

Page 1874: I had trouble finding my note cards which reminded me to thank the fairies for showing themselves to us in this and other ways. I will turn on the TV as I finish this with about 45 minutes to type. "I looked up and saw thousands of orange faces" - Mork when the TV came on. Reminds me of a Trump bumper sticker where a proportionately sized blue donkey was chased by a red elephant being chased by an orange T-rex with Trump's head. I think it was official from the campaign but idk.

Page 1871 there is a "May cuckoo" she enjoys listening to as she collects berries to feed Robert then she feeds them to her - it is her memory of him, maybe cued by the cuckoo and berries, that takes her to "an enchanted realm" -

on page 1874 "...the visionary clasp melted chill from her hand..."  - the remembered kiss becomes a raindrop, another fairy, and then "She returned from an enchanted region to the real world" on the next page. But she is remembering all of this scene and it melts into the phantoms in her own room, not the woods at all.

Page 1892: the soul, at death, is described as it "wings its long flight upwards, folds its wings on the brink of the sea of fire and glass..."

("The wicked witch has cast a spell" "Spells can be broken", "Can you help me break a spell fairy queen?" Cindy just said on the Brady Bunch. They were crowing and talking of roosters when I wrote that entry about the souls wings "Fairy cousin that apple was meant for me" she says in the next scene. And the next one "I'm the fairy princess, I have to fly" )

There was a "husbandman" with a scythe who was re3sponsible for this reaping and sowing of souls, a few pages earlier.

(the fairy princess with 26 speaking parts, how do we fit 81 (?) families..." the discussion in the next scene)

pg 1936: "you felt as if a graven image of some bad spirit were addressing you" is how Miss Mann's tone is described then on the next page her "goblin-grimness scarcely went deeper than the angel-sweetness of hundreds of beauties." Are goblins ugly fairies? Are angels falsely pretty compared with beautiful fairies?

pg 2118: Oak chairs are described as "solid as sylvan thrones" suggesting the fairy woodland kingdom.

pg 2191 (I get blamed for everything, even extra sparkles - Cindy "she made hers for a forty-seven foot fairy!" "How do you know how big  a fairy's wings are, have you ever seen a fairy? Little Cindy looks like a fairy even without wings.") "Tyrian" is used (as I wrote that Mrs. Brady says "I'm trying to decide what color to use" and Cindy asks "what if the voice tells you to do two things at the same time?" - I think she is deciding who to give her single invitation to.

Tyrian is used to mean "purple", the colors of the petals of the "one brilliant flower in her bouquet" but since I had to look it up I found it also refers to worshippers of the god Tyr.

pg 2206: I think this is near the first introduction of Shirley - as she waves goodbye she does so with a hand "white as a lily and fine as a fairy's, she vanished within the porch..." This is a direct reference and connection and has that mystical quality you can fall in love with.

Chapter 12 has some things about how Shirley defies gender roles including by whistling.

pg 2320 - "I disdain to be a Pagan." This is how Shirley concludes explaining that she wants a man who is superior to her but all the men she knows are like false, lesser gods and worshipping them would make her Pagan. I have some things to say about this but mostly just wanted to note it.

pg 2429: "Ali's Tube" is like a magical telescope, I assume, that can show you anything, from Arabian Nights.

pg 2457: "...no sound but the bee's hum, or leaf's whisper." This is one of the softer voices of nature we can hear when we listen for it.

pg 2471 - "..some spell had transformed the dark granite into glistening Parian."   This is the effect of rainwater.

pg 2514: "When I was a very little girl, Mr. Moore, my nurse used to tell me tales of fairies being seen in that Hollow."

It is now 1:48 PM on Mother's Day, May 14 2017.

I had written more of this in the last month, Much, MUCH more - probably tens of thousands of words in multiple sessions, some hours long.

I wrote Too Much - too much about each fairy note from Shirley, too much about politics, too much about media magic - quoting whole sections of shows like Gidget and Three's Company and Becker and everything on Antenna TV, pages and pages of it - and probably some (more) stuff about my personal life that I really didn't need to say - stuff that could get me in trouble some way.

At least that is what I am telling myself after something happened and all of that work disappeared.

If I try to think back on all the news stories, at least, that were included here before it was deleted, i can come up with these: The French Election, predicting Macron winning, the South Korean election and suspiciously less coverage for it - and predicting the reason for that is that "we" did not want the projected winner, there, to win, but he did, and seems to be the Path to Peace, electing Moon, and therefore against the wishes of our country/military that always promotes war because that's Our Business.

There was another missile test by North Korea yesterday, the first since Moon was in power - but they are also saying they have tested one every two weeks with varying results  - and varying levels / conclusions of reporting from our media.

I had lot to say about this as developments came out every few days  -I think my best conclusions were that our military / media was trying to influence their election by beating war drums, or trying to rush their "anti-missile" missile system into place - oh, and I made the joke that this seemed to be a "Plug 'N Play" system since they "installed it" in an afternoon  -in a hurry, before schedule - a few days before the election.

But I predicted this could have backfired on them, as all Military /Violence will, in this way: all the raised tensions, sending the fleet, pumping up/ inflating the missile system, all the media reports in America and Britain  -these could have been intended to make war seem inevitable and scare the Korean population into electing the more bellicose candidate - instead it stoked protest where the missile system was put, Moon campaigned on opposition to THAD  - the missile system - and wants to renew the Sunshine Policy of trying to make friends with North Korea which apparently went out when he lost to this last, corrupt, US-backed regime at least ten years ago.

I will get into the details of Government in gagablog #147, "Good Government" then I will hopefully get back to more focus on Gaga. The original version of this had an embarassing spell section where I was opening and preparing to listen to Joanne for the first time - I believe to magically manifest peace in the face of more Korean War threats - the Naval convoy going that way after all, the Japanese warship joining it, a failed missile test and everyone's fear of a testy response from Trump - who ended up saying, thankfully, "let Chine handle it." Well, I was maybe extra scared at that point, fell for it - or averted it with magic - but I could not get my cd players to work.

Since then I bought a new cd player so I will be doing a new, better Joanne spell here, soon - and it won't be based on fear of losing the world.

It sucked, to me, just losing the work I had done on this - and I will never reclaim the fairy connections between what I was writing and what was on TV at the time and all of that, but it can be understood as the secretive nature of fairy magic and how I probably said way too much,

I will try to make this suffice to replace it: there was a huge hailstorm here the other day which sounded like Doom coming on the horizon - we thought it might be a tornado, just a huge, loud sustained boom. It did a lot of damage to cars, buildings, flooded and shut down the mall... I don't know if I mentioned it before.

And I bought a Tarot that seemed like it knew it was for me: my friend noticed it at the store and said he thought I would like the art and I did  - chibi animal themed - it is called the Mibramig Magical Tarot. I don't think I mentioned it last time i wrote this but I hope this mention will "replace" all the other personal stuff I did say - it was "made for me" because before I was a little monster  / Gagaist, Monsterite, I was a Simpsonite, and still am - the closest thing to a Religion I have, and buddhism / magic / art / nature / fairies / music / stories / witchcraft / love. But The Simpsons was my favorite show, and magical, and was my best example of media magic in many cases. So when I saw The Happy Squirrel card  -and read the book giving credit to Lisa's episode with the Fortune Teller as the source of the "Urban Legend" of the Happy Squirrel card, I was very pleased. And it said that the meaning, as quoted from the fortune teller, was something like "the cards can be vague and mysterious."

So I decided that was my excuse  /reason for losing all of that work  -I went into too much detail about these fairy connections and it should really be left vague and mysterious and simple.

So now I will rewrite my notes on Shirley Fairies but be much briefer about it  -all the reference material I learned came from wikipedia. And I will quickly summarize the news events I can recall that I mentioned but disappeared.

One was a media magic reference, an episode of Good Times where everyone thought Fishbone was dead and went to his funeral  -and he went in drag as his widow, heard all the nice things they said about him and their wishes they could have told him - then they get mad when he reveals himself and he reminds them what they just said and implores them "tell me you love me!" And they do and celebrate him being alive, it's a very powerful show.

I was watching it the day after hearing a news story that fit with it, or the day before, or happened to be watching it as I wrote about the story, i forget the timing. But the news story was about a man who had died in Australia and no one knew his name or who he was, just that he was a regular at the food truck - a hobo or drifter. So a minister who saw the commotion around his death made it his personal mission to find the man's identity and it made international news. He said he had hundreds of Australians contact him asking if it could be their estranged dad - which is touching to think how many people it "could have been" and sad / tragic that all of those people would be prompted to try to get in touch by the possible death of their father. But it turned out to be a family in Ireland and he was able to discover this and even return the man's ashes to them since he had a trip to Europe planned. It was a magical, against-all-odds feel-good story - but at the same time it made me think how many people are "unknown" but still alive, how someone asking these people what there name is, trying to help them in some way, could save a lot of steps in this same process and actually help people live and avoid death. It made me think how we are so cynical and estranged from each other, in our modern culture, so afraid of each other and relationships, that it seems easier to relate to people as statistics or after they die than as living, complex people. But if we are trying to think positively of each other, like the community was at Fishbone's funeral, then we realize we miss those opportunities if we don't act on them - it encourages us to be nicer, more helpful to people while they are still alive, no matter "who" they are. "No one cared" about this man who died until there was a sensational story about him, but them many people expressed care for someone they had lost, reminded by the example of this man dying - he came to represent many, many people. But he is a unique person, as all missing fathers and people in the world are and it's not like he is more important than other anonymous and known people who die every day but he becomes so by what he represents in the media. The truth is that we are all important, meaningful people but it is the "exceptions" who get treated this way because we live in a system that tries to devalue individuals and treat us like statistics.

There was another sad story I mentioned that brought up this idea, the tension between "somebodies" and "nobodies" in our society and I wrote a lot about it, i will try to be more concise this time. A cop in Texas shot a kid in a car leaving a party, killing him. At first the police chief repeated the story the cops told, that the car was backing towards them and he shot in "self-defense." (what happened to diving?) But then the next day the chief had seen the body camera footage that showed the car driving away and then the officer was fired and even charged with murder, finally. Maybe this was partly because of the chief's embarrassment at being "taken in" by the officer's lies to protect themselves - but the general rule, and problem, is that police always end up protecting themselves over the rights of citizens. Maybe this is an example of the tide finally turning and police taking due responsibility which is the only way to end corruption and oppression. But the aspect I wanted to focus on especially was something in the reporting on the murder on NPR. The journalist said "not that this matters" but the kid was very popular at the school and a rising star in football. The sad thing is that this did probably influence the fact that this kid was able to get a measure of justice while so many other black kids are murdered by cops and they don't get any justice: he was seen as a "somebody": instead of a "nobody" because he was popular and a football star which is one way our culture is trained to "value" black people.

it's sad and wrong that our culture is based on "somebodies" who deserve rights, justice, and good lives and "nobodies" who are forced to suffer in poverty and oppression.

There was a radio interview with an author of a new book about redlining, the process in America of prohibiting black people from getting mortgages. Something in the book's subtitle says it is the "forgotten history" but the truth is much of America did not know about this but black people are keenly aware of it from being the victims of it all of these years. Ever since the end of slavery America has had specific rules written into how mortgages are insured that explicitly prohibit black people from being able to buy homes and restricting their public housing to segregated communities, divided by walls and interstates, etc. It's an evil, racist system and at the source of generations of poverty and ghettoization. The fact that people are finally talking about it means we have better potential to change it but the rules are still the same.

When you look at this in conjunction with local Denver news stories about people being priced out of their neighborhoods by rising prices you can see how black people are completely prohibited from owning homes but even people who think they are homeowners are really much farther "up" on the status scale of America but that "ladder" of success is like a fire escape ladder which can be slid down at any time, too, and no one can really "own" anything while there are far richer levels above you that can buy you out, push you out - and our governments that are supposed to protect us end up serving the corporations instead.

That is really all the political divisions are, governments protecting the rich and corporate powers and turning us against "each other"  - with nationalism, immigrant fear, etc - so we don't unite against them as every indication shows we should.

There were a few more stories that stood out - North Korea said they found an assassin that the CIA and South Korea had contacted when he was a lumberjack in Russia, a North Korean man, and trained and hired him to assassinate Kim Jong Un. When my friend and I heard this on the radio he predicted "well, that's it - we will be at war with Korea by the end of the week." But I pointed out that is what they wanted us to think, that our CIA is always trying to assassinate people, "it's what they do" and that this was probably a regular event  -the "story" was why they were trying to make a news story about it.

The other YUGE news event that i wrote about as it developed here and now can only summarize is the stink over Trump firing FBI director James Comey. I mentioned that during the campaign I made memes and jokes that "FBI" stood for "Federal Bureau of I'm With Her" because my impression was that Comey would make announcements about the Hillary "email investigation" that always coincided with wikileaks dumps  - so he could soak up as much media air as possible and there would be less attention left available to spread the news about the wikileaks.

Hillary likes to suggest that when Comey made the announcement about the Huma Abaddin emails - that they claimed to read through 180,000 of in a few hours and find nothing, by the next day, that this announcement hurt he chances. But that same day is when the 7th batch of wikileaks documents, about more DNC corruption but also CIA hacking tools, was released, i believe. And almost all the news was about Comey and an "investigation" that ultimately led to nothing. It was a ruse and we in the Bernie / Jill camps saw it that way at the time, which is to say that most "involved" democrats who were hill-trolls knew what was really going on, that Comey was trying to help, not hurt, Clinton's "chances."

But the interesting thing about Trump firing Comey is all the statements the White House, Trump and his spokesfolk ended up making about it - a letter Trump wrote in which he claims three times that Comey told him he was not a subject of the investigation, Comey's claim that Trump disputes that Trump demanded his loyalty, Trump's response to this in TV interviews and in a tweet that says "Comey better hope there aren't "tapes"..." of their conversation, which Spicer claimed was "not a threat, just a fact" and prompted the Democrats to demand tapes, if any, or subpoena for testimony about it all, Whitewater comparisons, and complete news media obsession with this topic for a few days. At the time I mentioned these developments and my ideas about them as they came in but ultimately concluded that the FBI director was not nearly as important in world events as the new president of South Korea. I mentioned that there was a LOT of coverage about the French election and only rare, short mentions of the upcoming South Korean election  -then the "Good Guy" won in Both but in South Korea you get the idea that America supported the corrupt, war-hawk candidates and are "thwarted" by the Good Guy winning.

Everyone has said they are willing to talk with North Korea, now, and just need to get to the right conditions.

it seems like it serves America's War-interests that Japan changed their laws a year ago so they allow their military to help other countries instead of being exclusively for self-defense. Apparently this was a goal of the grandad of the current Prime Minister, Abe, and he is fulfilling his grandfather legacy - which is probably why he, personally, would have extra support from America. But it could backfire on the US - actually all military will "backfire" as we enter this New Era, as I am about to explain further. Japan's largest warship joined the American Naval group sailing toward Korea and this is the first time this new law has been used and there is protest against it in Japan. Also it apparently makes some people in Korea nervous, too, and stokes old tensions - the new Korean President Moon has recently told Japan that their "settlement" from 2015 or so to the 31 surviving "comfort women" - out of over 200,000 Korean women who were forced to be "prostitutes"/ sex slaves for the Japanese military in WW2 - was insufficient and more must be done.

There are competing forces between War and Peace in the world and Peace WILL win, War WILL end - the best way is for that side to just surrender because "fighting" is not a true method of surviving, not anymore.

It may be because the Japanese warship was activated, trying to make everyone think war was inevitable and they need to elect a War Leader that people responded more strongly with a decision for Peace - this is an example we can follow all over the world, not be taken in by the fearmongers and assert the power of Peace to prevail.

I was just reminded by Bob's Burgers about another news story - the episode is on now where they make the Aquarium into a Church to be tax exempt. This is the only reason I remembered the news story that Trump is trying to allow churches to donate to political campaigns - which I predicted will "backfire" on him as well in two major ways. First, while the perception, fueled by the media and televangelists, is that "religious" people are right-wing. Actually they are just way-over-represented in the media. So there are likely already far more "liberal-minded" religious people and this will become apparent, that this is the religious mainstream, even in Christianity with it's long history of being perverted by patriarchy  -and we will all realize this when churches start speaking out more politically, "choosing up sides", it will become known, and more churches will convert to the true and most popular view of inclusivity, charity, and openness. But the second effect of this change is even more important, to me. The fact that "churches"and religions will not be penalized, with takes, for political activity will turn them into mini-PACs and Super-PACs and people will find the ones they want to join, and form new ones, in order to take advantage of the new power structure, this new class of political "actors." So all the Pagan and non-christian religions, as well as liberal christian churches, will grow immensely while conservatives have been going to church all along and won't have much growth potential, if anything they will falter and bleed into the new spiritual mainstream of liberalism and progressive, unifying theologies.

Just yesterday or the day before I saw an episode of "227" which had media magic echoes in three news stories this week. Pearl had been cut off from Social Security because the computer said she was dead so Mary, "Olivia", and Jackie went down there to protest, end up going to jail and calling the Senior Citizens group and media who come down to join their protest and end up pressuring the department to recognize she is alive.

Just last night there was a local news story that echoed this: a family went to the local Denver social security office to protest their grandfather being denied benefits because the computer said he was dead and they said it was the second time he had to do this. In the 80's there was apparently a problem with this happening: 227 almost always addresses some topic issue of the day. So this was a problem in the 80s. It is now 30 years later, we've had the potential for a lot of advancement in computer systems and how we process welfare - yet we still have this problem, years ago and even this very year, in 2017, as represented by the local man whose story made the local news. It was nice of 227 to make an episode about this, in the 80's, and draw attention to it, and nice for the local news media to report on it, too. But surely he is not the only one this happens to, surely he is our local, recent example of this problem that is still rampant in the system, 30 years after 227 drew attention to it. But this is just the most direct magical echo of this episode, the local story.

There was also a news story about a new protest in Venezuela. This time it was a march of elderly people and the police used barricades and tear gas to stop them. It really looks like bad government to use tear gas on old people but we don't have much room to criticize from America where we casually use it on young people and families and groups that include old people, too. But a march of predominantly old people looks really bad to gas. The old people came in to the jail to join Mary's protest on 227 and bringing the media helped turn the tide and make the system act with compassion.

That is still the method, organize, protest, bring the media - but all of our most established media has been corrupted and sold out to the Powers-that-be.

So we have to make our own media, too - last night before I realized how much of this was erased I quoted a lot of the episode of Gidget that was on where she enlisted a rock star, Billy Roy, to help them protest a raise in movie prices. There were some amazing cultural programming statements made in it  -and many cool slang references  -so I encourage you to just watch it - but the main "mystical" thing was the whole theme, from 1965, that Gidget was saying it was "easier" in her dad's day when the "issues were clear and you knew where you stood" and she had to "find" an issue since "all the big stuff had been resolved" was the impression they were trying to give. it was a weird depiction of Protest, which also had a lot of good protest phrasing, too - but you could see the way it was designed to put protest in a context and excuse people to accept that "everything was mostly okay."

Last I heard the government of Venezuela had seized the GM plant, which I assumed could be an example of why America might be stoking revolution there, again, even using it's influence to make the people suffer and fuel discontent and protest in addition to organizing it. I also heard that 40 people had been killed in protests and it is never good when the government starts killing it's people and doesn't stop.

It is now 1:31 PM on 5-17-17. I'm still sad about the work I lost, here, but eager to "replace it" There won't ever be a record of all the little magic things that happened while I wrote it, the first time, but I decided I don't need to prove magic in any way - it's enough that it works. I did want to trace one angle of these news stories then move on to the notes - but this time I won't give full quotes or my ideas about everything, just note that they are there in order to finish this and move on.

I mentioned Filipino as an example of a particular kind of evil and also because his Drug War is evil but was temporarily suspended in order to "root out police corruption" - so the story went a few months ago. I thought this was a perfect example of the way drug wars produce police corruption and how ending police corruption means ending drug wars. Its easier to see how evil it all is in the Philippines  -though apparently not easy enough for them to see it, due to the problem of a leader with a negative messiah complex and Bad Religion. We have the same situation, here, so as I was drawing the parallels in each weeks section of this blog it was magical to see the "two stories" coming together.

At first I just had to mention how evil Duterte was, how his Drug War was evil but evil just like ours, only seeming to be more extreme since cops were killing thousands of people and planting drugs on them, forcing people to confess to drug crimes who had been arrested for minor offenses, which subjects them to being targeted for murder - it IS the same as the American Drug War only you could say it is "on steroids" or at least it is so intense right now that it actually get's our attention and makes media headlines while America's is more systematic and the ghettoization and mass murder of black people is part of our War on Drugs even when the incidents don't involve drugs at all - just like Filipino cops are routinely killing people and planting drugs on them. That happens in America, too, but this extreme example of these killings being rampant in the Philippines, and not even targetting "junkies" - not as if that would be okay - but targetting all kinds of poor people and planting drugs on them as an excuse. Because Wars on Drugs are always War on the Poor.

But I mentioned this here when there were no news story connections between America and the Philippines, just my own conclusions about the similar evils of our drug wars.

Then just after I wrote that part there was a news story about how Trump had called Duterte and praised him as a strong leader.

I did not say much about this, preferring to save it for my upcoming edition about Good Government and discuss there what it seems to mean that there is this "Russian" network of Nationalistic Leaders at work in elections this year, including Trump.

But I did say that associating, openly, with Duterte, saying it was "good" that Duterte was "tough" on drugs - murdering innocent people - was going to make Trump guilty by association. And our system was guilty of this same stuff long before Trunp, but the "beauty" of Trump is how he brings it all out into the open. So I predicted the same things that would cause the downfall of Duterte would also be the downfall of Trump.

Then, just a few days ago, now, since all that I wrote was erased, there was a story that impeachment of Duterte had "begun" - not that they were hopeful it would work but at least someone had started the process since he keeps killing people. But he does have the support of the people which is why they don't think it will work - yet.

People have been talking about impeachment since Trump was elected and even more since he actually took office. It was more of a looming specter  -until Now. Today's news more than ever before it seems like they are really laying the groundwork to impeach him  -all over what he revealed about himself in the fallout over firing James Comey with a side order of telling top secret military secrets to the Russian ambassador when he met with them secretly from American media - to recall exactly what day Today is, Putin offered to had over all of their recordings of the meeting with Trump.

And Trump threatened Comey that he "better hope no 'tapes' exist of their conversation" - which opened the door for folks to demand the tapes or testimony about it, anyway - then the new development today is that Comey had produced detailed memos of the meetings and one has been revealed and now others are being sought


It is now 12:19 PM on 6-12-17. I decided to try to finish this today at 12:12, even though I only have 3 hours or so before work.

I could try to correlate with my Life, here - how I went back to Georgia for 5 days and saw family and my friend there after 3 years. Or how the things I predicted, that got erased, did come true - I knew Theresa May would lose more seats instead of gaining them in her special election, I knew the impeachment talk and conflict around Trump would intensify.

It was nice to have all the fairies emerge from this old text, to see them "meet" the news stories and events and media of today - and mostly "yesterday" with all the rerun TV shows they were reflected in - the flying nun with the sponsor who didn't Really want to fund their change of habit when it meant she couldn't fly, Really wanted her to be able to fly even though she annoyed him, to the Gidget where she concludes there is no problem depending on a man as long as the woman remembers she is a woman, or the protest of the movie theater, or some Threes Company, the Fishbone Funeral and other episodes of Good Times, and many others.

But I won't try to recreate any of that - it was erased for a reason, maybe contained some silly crush ideas I have since gotten over as well. And I won't try to recreate the detail of the notes I took and mused upon, either. Or mention the media magic of meanwhile reading Uncle Tom's Cabin and getting the part where he gets shackles for Tom and went outside and overheard a conversation about someone in New Orleans selling old slave shackles.

The connections were subtle, profound, obvious, and numerous and probably talking about all of them, every thing that came up, put more clues out there than they wanted to have. So I will rush through, this time.

I will repeat, whether it was erased or not, that this is kind of like a ransom as these fairies are held back from freedom. I'm not saying that talking about them has coincided with the media flirting with ideas of impeaching Trump and that as soon as they are all released he will be impeached - I do think it relates to the Conflict  - if any - surrounding Trump and will have an effect upon that but I have no intended cause, I don't know what the Best Course will be, I just know that  the best way to reach it will be to release more magic and fairies.

There was definitely a trap being set for Duterte / Trump as impeachment talk became action over there, with at least one effort to impeach him for having cops kill thousands of people in the "Drug War"  -all along the times I was mentioning it Trump was praising him, inviting him to the White House, with each successive news story and mention here in the gagablog, and it was like the noose was tightening around him - but I never finished it.

All Drug Wars - and All War  -will end. Maybe I gave too many details about how, last time.

I easily predicted the French election, too, of course - but since she first called it I knew Theresa May would lose her special election and that is one thing I predicted all along that would be "cool" to have the proof of how I said it since the media and polls "claimed" to think it would go the other way - I always saw it as a way to "undo" Brexit after people got more time to consider the potential outcomes  -it was all a set-up, lose the election to show how much the public now wants to go the other way and stay.

There was a gender discussion on facebook in which I chimed in "there are many things that there are more than two of" then a second comment immediately after: "But mostly we are All One."

It was interesting how I got a new battery for my car a few weeks ago and have not listened to the news on the radio, or much news at all, since then. I have watched the Norm MacDonald stand-up bit on his last Letterman appearance where he says the news is trying to scare us and do you wake up in the middle of the night wondering if North Korea is going to scare you? "The country I'm frightened of is Germany. I don't know if any of you are history buffs but last century Germany decided to go to war....with the World."

War is so silly, wrong, and stupid. I'm ready to end it. Get your money out. Here goes.

Just took a smoke break - it's now 1:11 and I remembered that I had also recorded not being able to listen to Joanne when I finally ritualistically opened it to break the boycott for the whole Hillary stealing democracy from Bernie fiasco. And I still haven't heard it  -I think I will finally finish my responses to Artpop before I listen to earn my way back on the right track - but maybe end the "getting it wrong" series, after two years, and just get it back - read the lyrics and maybe include my misperceptions where they are intriguing.

One more smoke break but I don't expect to finish this since my friend is here and wants to play video games.

The  ransom ware attack they called "Wanna Cry" after the first few days was another topic - an ad for Microsoft and a play by them to make intelligence services subject to their business needs, to turn over any flaws they find. To me the CIA-developed software that was released by wikileaks and used by "hackers" (Or Microsoft or...?) to make this attack is just like any other weapon - maybe don't make them or leave them out where people can used them because they can be used against "you."

Just don't make them because from the Buddhist perspective everyone is You.

the first time I did this I noticed many notes I had not taken, fairies in the book I had missed as I flipped by - or they called out to me, at that time, so I wrote about them. I guess maybe some of them decided to stay shy, but I will try to do this as fast as I can, now, and just quickly type the ones I originally notes - just know many more are in there.

Love, nature, birds, flowers, wind, trees, love and ghosts - all these fairy connections - I turned on the TV after typing "shadows" and then a notification popped up before I typed "love" - let me check it, it's a neck protector invention by a kid on TV. It was a post about Kylie Jenner's dog.

They just said the calculator was invented by a kid when he was 18, for his dad who did accounting, and it took 300 years to catch on.

This makes me think what CIA news was coming out as I wrote about the "monitor" - since then more has come out, I can only say it seems like a scam, like they are all on the same side, trying to hide their agenda with drama. When my news radio was cut off, after the battery change made my radio not come on, I noticed:

Only One News story rose to the level of "people talking about it" to actually effect my "life" - at all - after weeks of daily scares about World War 3, #WW3. It was when Trump tweeted the word "chafefe" or something, some fake word he then said "those in the know would know what it means" - it all seems so silly, pointless, possibly evil and nefarious but possibly delusional, innocent or whatever - and it all really doesn't ultimately matter unless we give it power over us or know more about it, it all amounts to one big Chafefe, whatever that is - nothing.

But they want the "average" person to feel this way and conclude there is "nothing we can do." As exceptional, magical, or smart people we can find the secret exit from this - because there IS something we can do, lots of magic is available to us behind this oppressive system that tries to deny it, and we just have to avoid getting sucked into the options THEY present us.

One more bowl then I will start the second note card - I had written to like page 5700-something, the third card, before it was erased....

Fuck it, I will stop taking chances, publish this as is and continue next time - if I had done that before i would have locked in all that "progress" - but maybe it's for the best, maybe the world was not ready. We will see what happens after I spellcheck and publish this.
