The UK Supreme Court just ruled Boris Johnson was illegal and his actions to Poiroge Parliament or whatever was illegal and Void, as if the order was a blank piece of paper. They ruled this unanimously. I see this as the tipping point, the turning of the tide, and along with other responses around the world will signify when we, the Whole World, FINALLY started fighting back against Putin's plan to destroy the planet by propping up patriarchy long past it's natural death.
Putin is sitting on the alien transmissions that will change the world, for example, keeping their messages to us secret. The Area 51 hoax-raid didn't "break out" the alien information, the message, but we can get it out in MANY different ways. But this is a spell, magic, to undo ALL of Putin's plans. Lets list some of them:
Trump - to destroy America and all claims of "moral superiority" or leadership in the world. Brexit - to do the same to the UK Bolsonaro - to destroy the rainforest. Modi, Netenyahu, Duterte - racist totalitarianism - all of the problems of racism, anti-environmentalism, police murdering people, in ALL of these countries that Putin's Fascist Puppets have infiltrated the Presidencies of.
One way it will backfire is if the revolutions it sparks get rid of ALL presidents Entirely "Men, you're all alike!" Ellie just said on the Joey Bishop show - now she's going to have the baby. "Must have been the garlic bread."
We could get rid of ALL presidents - hopefully we will start with Trump, Putin, Bolsonaro and all these other Nazi puppets - but we could get rid of ALL of them, after that, and find we are much better off. But we certainly will get rid of all the fascist puppets.
Boris Johnson getting shut down isn't the only way the tide is turning in England. The other news of the day was that the oldest Travel Agency in the world, Thomas Cook, in England, just collapsed one day stranding travelers, millions of them, all over the world and the British government is conducting the largest repatriation effort since the World War to get them back.
To me this was symbolic of the entire capitalist system: We enable and subsidize industries, and within capitalism they are designed to over-prioritize profit over public service. Inevitably they will collapse, because "profit" is ultimately greed and exploitation, in this system, not a potential for growth and More Public Service, as it should be. Thomas Cook was the oldest company in this industry - they "knew what they were doing" it wasn't like some big mistake happened - the whole system is a big mistake.
And this is the simple design and how it is fundamentally flawed: The company gets to profit off the public, instead of "profiting" - advancing - FOR the public, and sucks the public's funds through consumerism AND subsidies - and when the whole "take more than you give" system INEVITABLY fails it is the Government, with public money again, who Bails Them Out, covers for their mistakes.
Capitalist Business is DESIGNED to "fail" - to only "succeed" at essentially Robbery, and then Government has to step in and do the job they failed to do.
We might as well have Government WORK, up front, and do everything possible for everyone with ACCOUNTABILITY to Provide, for everyone. Instead we have the current system where the only shred of "accountability" is to profit for "stockholders."
Thomas Cook is the oldest travel agency and also really "large", accounting for millions who are currently stranded - but while that has been our measure of "success" they have obviously just failed and in spectacular fashion, showing how the whole system works, how we will always need government to step in and save us from the evils and exploitation of the companies.
The climate crisis is this issue on the largest scale, threatening the whole planet. And if we leave it up to governments to undo Corporate "mistakes" AFTER the mistakes are made, and the mistake is destroying the habitability of the planet, well no government, no matter how big, rich, or corrupt, will be powerful enough to "fix it" after the result of these "mistakes" we continue to make.
But lets not be as nice as Great Thunberg saying we "can't forgive them" if they don't act - but that she can't believe they are "evil", either. This is what she said at the Climate Summit today, to all the world leaders, though Trump boycotted it - because he is NOT a leader he is a traitor and a puppet.
They ARE evil and it is time to call them out as evil and rally ALL the forces of good to end their reign of Terror. We really only have to start with half a dozen people: Putin, Trump, Bolsonaro, Boris, etc - and the UK Judiciary might have just taken Boris down. They are all so lined up they should fall like dominoes. But before I leave UK again, this time, let me mention something about how this was reported on the BBC this morning.
Their politics expert, whose nasally voice I really love, made the comment that it was not just "long-haired protesters" telling Boris Johnson he was completely wrong, acting against the Country, it was the Supreme Court. I loved, depite the attempt to make a derogatory stereotype, that the hypothetical or past protestors he alludes to have "Long hair" - it rightly gives hippies and women, feminists, the credit for protesting bad things - for being on the right side of history. And some years later, the law, the Judges, the Government, WILL catch up to what the People have known and been saying for YEARS, forever.
Because this is progress. This is how progress works - despite the obstructions of the entrenched powers. Their powers come to nothing.
And the revolutions against them come from all quarters, from completely unexpected pockets, like the Houthi rebel drone attack on the Saudi Oil plant.
I thought that while the rainforest is burning so much that even Rio is full of smoke the people of Brazil would revolt. I hoped that a revolt that overthrew the Trump of the Tropics would inspire us to overthrow the Trump of Honkeytown, too. But they didn't revolt. I heard news reports on the tribes of the rainforest and how they were fighting for their lives in fighting to preserve the forest and were planning to fight, as warriors, and defeat the enemy to Life Itself - and this could be another source of revolution in Brazil, the actual Locals taking their country back, and I wish them well and victory if it comes to that. But the actual revolution that overthrows Bolsonaro might come from protests of the cops killing everyone at his command. The one that made the news this week was a 8 year old girl named Agatha who was killed by police in one of the favelas. The protests surely awaken revolutionary spirit in other communities and cities as the fascist police and Bolsonaro's "Drug War" - which are always "wars on" or genocide of poor people, in every country - and could be the spark that actually overthrows him. As I looked up the poor girl's name I saw that a few months ago his cuts to education had drawn thousands out to protest him - and I think all of these protests, of the cops murdering everyone, the fires murdering the whole planet, and Putin's Puppet Bolsonaro murdering the decency of the country, as Trump is doing here - protesting ALL of these things, together, will unite us in a way they haven't seen since the 1960's - in America - but we are ALL in on this protest, together, the ENTIRE world, so the biggest backfire of Putin's Plan is that it WILL spark the Revolution, Worldwide, that WILL overthrow ALL of them.
The Good News is we can see exactly who the Poppets are - and now that we are taking out Boris, thanks to the Judges and ALL people of Goodwill in the UK and around the world, wishing they would undo the Fascist trap Putin sprang on them - now that we are getting rid of HIM we can more easily envision, then enact, the removal of all these other fascists.
Will OUR supreme court rule Trump to be a traitor - will they tell the truth or side with him? unfortunately only RBG and Sotomayor dissented when the rest of them allowed Trump's Nazi immigration policies to continue - making our court 7/9ths Nazi according to the German saying I've been sharing online that if 9 people sit with a Nazi at a table without protest there are 10 Nazis at the table.
So we can't rely on our court to kick Trump out as the UK has possibly regained some mantle of Respectability by doing. And the other branches of our government don't seem capable of doing their job and regaining respect and purpose, either. But we as a people can and will overthrow this evil regime, either with the forms of government we have or, if we have to have a more comprehensive revolution, even changing those forms - we might not even have a president anymore, for example. Our revolution will be nonviolent and a model for others, and inspired by others, too - it will be part of a worldwide revolution.
As ridiculous as Brexit has made the UK look for years, now, it ultimately makes the whole current form of government, in ALL countries, look ridiculous. They take care of companies when the REAL purpose of government is to take care of people and the environment.
When the problems are as big as War and Climate Crisis it seems like we can't do anything. But when the solution is actually as simple as do whatever you can and join the worldwide revolution to fix ALL of this, it actually all starts to fall into place.
I've been predicting, hoping for, imagining a revolution in Brazil, especially, lately as I described earlier - you can see it coming from all directions, from many populations IN Brazil and supported by others worldwide, too - such as companies and hopefully countries boycotting and sanctioning Brazil and also the will of People, worldwide. When the poor, environmentalists, and people trying to protect their home, the rainforest, and others, are ALL protesting your rule and there is growing worldwide protest you are bound to fall. Bolsonaro was also popularized by 150,000 fake Twitter and Facebook accounts for months before the election, only removed a day or two before the vote, so he was never as "popular" as the media and social media created him to be - neither is Trump. And when people start to protest from all sectors, and no one shows up to defend him, they will see they don't really represent the People at ALL, they only represent what they are, dupes of a Puppet of Putin.
Putin is JUST working for the Oil Companies and War Machine - it's not any more complex than that, maybe just other major industries like Pharma / Health insurance, etc, in "Big Roles." But all this evil will come to nothing, will be History - it must if we are to have a future.
Whatever evil dictator is overthrown first will be a message to the rest and a plan for the rest of us, too. The Philippines and Brazil are making the news for protests against cops killing people, now, but this is a problem in most countries. And America was making the news for it due to the protests for years but even though it isn't in the news and the protests either aren't as big or aren't reported it is not because rhe problem went away or even got any better at all.
When I hear how many people the police murder in the Philippines and now Brazil it sounds extreme - and it is - but I know the numbers are actually similar in America except no one can get the statistics. But we will all realize that we all have these problems and all have to work together to solve them and overthrow the evil systems.
And we can. We have to know that we can do it and we don't have to do it the way they make us think it must be done, with armed revolution or any such way that is actually very difficult, painful, and likely to lead to another form of the same bad system, replacing one bad boss with another.
We just have a Real Revolution, one that takes over the world by reminding everyone of our obligations to each other, to EVERYONE else, and to the planet. We have a revolution of awareness and it works, like magic, to transform and save the world.
I just type these things and I'm happy when they come true but I know it is magic and that magic always helps us, or wants to, and also always does it's own thing. But we can conspire with magic for Good, we really must do this, even if we call it something different. And it's easy, it's what we all truly want, what magic wants.
When imagining the peaceful revolution that will overthrow the whole evil system that threatens to kill us all I think we will all do it together, all set examples for each other, recognize the same problems afflicting everyone worldwide and gain planetary solidarity. This final push for Evil, the Death Throes of the Patriarchy I call it, will be undone and must be, soon - but it will be undone in a sweet, beautiful, mystical way - within our hearts and from the people we have been ignoring all the time - not just the long-haired protesters but the kids and other outcasts and neglected folks.
We might as well do it now! it just feels like the right time - the judgement I hoped for, a Government restoring respectability and Purpose, as the UK did, today, seems like a stake in the heart of this vampire that has plagued us. It will get up and shriek but die, finally and forever, pretty soon.
It's wonderful that a Government, the Supreme Court of the UK, can actually do it's job and do the right thing and save the country from a traitor and puppet of Putin - and even better that they can just erase what he did -say That Never Happened.
Wouldn't it be WONDERFUL if we could do that in the United States of America? If we could actually stop Trump from continuing to do all his illegal stuff, leading to his expulsion or fleeing the country or whatever - but more importantly if that decision could UNDO all he did - turn it all to a Blank Page and even if that didn't bring back to life the people who died because of his policies it could at least work to undo them, to restore people to their homes and families -and to remove his judges from the courts and all his changes to government.
But we wont do that, apparently, through our government. We can do the same, effectively, with the revolution we need - the mystical revolution of awareness, the revolution of Peace. And we CAN even do it before that revolution, as the leader or example of it, for the rest of the world.
We can do it politically, with the political revolution of Bernie Sanders and Marianne Williamson, the cultural revolution she calls us to and the overhaul of our evil system Bernie represents - and will represent us to actually enact, if we can just put him in office.
And we can, and will. Just was we can, and will, save the planet. It really doesn't matter who is allied to obstruct us, they don't have any real power compared with us. Because we really are the world, the whole world. And we just need to get rid of this parasite of evil infesting us. And even the people who are making all this evil can be transformed, redeemed, wake up - but if they aren't we can just work around them, boycott them, or use their own plans against them.
We see it happening, naturally, finally, in protests and even the reactions of Government, when government finally acts Good. Their plans MUST backfire because the evil they represent is built up from the past and we have to get to the future - which is beyond them.
All we have to do is whatever we can - and we are more magical than we realize but as soon as we start working together we will discover this and unlock whole new ways of doing things - but we will all progress, together, to get it done.
One big lesson we will learn is how many of us we are, how it is really all of us, ultimately. We are just against one collection of bad ideas, of bad actions by folks who should know better, can still be taught, and can be corrected - but only if we listen to the right people, and speak from the truest place, and stop believing in the old ways and authorities rooted in evil. Because the truest, best authority, the one we all know inside, is Good.

All I have to say is that Trump's Space Force is supposed to blast off soon, in a few days. It would be funny if the actual Space Folk, who we call Aliens, would use the occasion to Reveal themselves and make fun of Trump, too - and join in the worldwide revoltion, or start it from That Angle.
But the point is we have so many angles, and have them everywhere - from the environment to rights and justice to trying to overthrow these specific evil dictators. But they are all on the fingers of putin "Oh Boom yourselves" Mr Wilson just said "...had to lay down in the back room until his hand stopped hsaking" he concluded - and you know it's true because while all these countries are being ruined from within by their leaders / traitors: USA, Brazil, Israel, India, The Philippines, the UK, etc - and you know they all are because they all meet and congratulate each other, as Trump and Modi just did in Texas this week - but Russia is the ONE country NOT being ruined by a Puppet because they are being ruined by Putin himself - not in the way his puppets are ruining OUR countries, by maximizing fascism and breaking all conventions, he's keeping the conventions he himself set, oppressive as they are - no one is fucking with their system.
And maybe that was the message from space - just guessing here. But maybe they sent it to Putin becasue they knew he was at the top of this evil plan to continue world domination by these evil powers, War and Oil and Fascism - and they just said "hey look cut it out or we will stop you, this is your last warning."
And he just didn't take the warning and decided to make as much money and "influence" off of it as he could before they shut him, and all of it, down. "You don't think there is anything to this story about the little spacemen, do you?" the barber just asked Wilson.
But the other point is we don't NEED aliens to teach us these lessons, or save us. We CAN learn the lessons ourselves - we CAN listen to the kids, to the kids within ourselves, and play together again instead of fighting - and live again instead of dying and killing. And we really should, since we can, so the aliens don't have to scare anyone or anything. "He thought we were actual spacemen." "And the poor man actually fainted?"
In this Dennis The Menace episode I'm watching as I write this, as I conclude this, the kids convince the old people that they are spacemen. And it shocks them. My point is that, magically, this is fairy art time confirmation that kids will do what I said Aliens will do, save the world, even if the way we do it is by convincing the old folks that we are aliens and startling them into changing their ways.
"Are you sure you don't want to join our spaceclub Mr Wilson" Tommy asks.
"You sure would look good in a space helmet with your new haircut" Dennis adds, and his dad tells them snacks for a space club are waiting at the house and they run home.
Aliens inspiring kids and people to save the world is kind of the Starseed theme, too, so it's not really "new" or anything. And aliens are really nice - the whole way it works is you have to be nice enough to really work well together before you can advance to significantly travel off your planet. So everbody is really nice unless your culture is stuck in barbarism. And we just need to evolve!
And we will, together, we will evolve by uniting and transforming the way the world is run, by making it Good, the way it should be, naturally.
In the United States in the last few years the major protests that made international headlines were about police murdering people, representing the tip of the iceberg of the racism of the system and the water protectors and protecting the oil pipeline. It's the same issues and the same opponents as what seems due to start a revolution in Brazil - protect the people and protect the planet. When these forces, and other protests, all merge and become one worldwide movement, they truly can't stop us all.
And we CAN stop ALL of them. Thanks to ALL the activists and True Leaders who connect us to the Future instead of tying us down to the past and continuing our destruction. We can choose the Other Way, peace and Love and unity. And we will and Good will Win.

Tariffs, Nuclear Weapons, and Brexit: gagablog 178
I'm a pretty good speller but I just had to look up "tariffs" to see how many "R"s it had. This is because Tariffs are a relic of the past. I've known what a Tariff is all my life because I remember studying them in school in American History. In American History, like from the 1800's. There have probably been some tariffs since then but they seemed relevant to Trade Wars of the the 19th and 18th centuries and basically The Past. Relics of the Past - like racism, nuclear weapons, and secession. I suppose places have always wanted to be independent of Countries that invaded them but "secession" refers to leaving a country or Union that you voluntarily joined, as happened in the USA in the Civil War and now is trying to be done with Brexit in the EU. "I'm asking you to accept aggression because aggression is everywhere - here, and here" Horshack just said on "Welcome Back Kotter", pointing out his classmates. If aggression IS the "way of the world" then you "have to accept it" - in a way - but the best way is simply to change the way of the world so it is no longer aggressive.
An ethics professor on NPR last night said that one definition of Autonomy was "the freedom to make a bad choice." It makes me think of Brexit and everything Trump does. It's not "Good" that we exercise that freedom, it's what causes us to make mistakes - we would be better to listen to those who tell us not to make mistakes, those who know better. But if we don't and we make the mistakes the next best thing is to learn from them. And if we don't and we still don't listen, to our own experience or better experience, then we are doomed to repeat the mistakes. That's just how habits and bad habits -like aggression - work. It's not that History repeats itself, because there are new things and new progresses and ways for History ("This coat was worn at the famous Lincoln Douglas Debate" Washington just said "yeah I wore this coat when my dad Lincoln was beating the crap out of my brother Douglas." History repeats itself, the bad parts do, unless we change.
I was thinking about Tariffs because the news has been how new Trump Tariffs on China and tariffs from China in response and how the trade war is negatively effecting the world economy. If we throw the economy into recession they might get Trump out of office - as we should have done long ago. But just thinking about it I remembered that Tariffs haven't really made the news like this in my whole life - maybe against Japan in the 80's. But still not like this - it seems like a return to the 1800's. I even made a meme in 2017, over a cartoon about Trump admiring the Great Wall of China, that said "The 19th Century Telegraphed, they want their Trade Wars Back."
The only reason we even have the power for the President to levy Tariffs comes from the 18th and 19th centuries and really "hasn't applied" in the last century.
It's like the only reason we haven't gotten rid of them is "no one would be stupid enough to use them anymore." And then we got Trump.
It's not an "accident" that we got a President who is using archaic means, like Old Laws on the books, that no one expected anyone to use so no one prepared for them. It's Putin's plan. Just like the crazy antics Boris Johnson is trying to pull aren't an "accident" but Putin's plan.
Trump IS stupid enough to do all the things we believed no one is stupid enough to do. On top of that he is motivated to do them because Putin tells him to and Trump owes him money.
And that is the same problem with Nuclear Weapons, too. We have them based on the idea that "No One Is Stupid Enough To Use Nuclear Weapons." But now we have Trump who wants to Nuke the Hurricane. Or start a Nuclear War or arms race with Russia - for the money - or because he is too stupid to realize that if we drop any modern nuclear bombs the fallout will kill every human on the entire planet.
And no one would be stupid enough to leave alliances built upon increasing freedom and prosperity for all - yet thanks to Putin's Trolls taking advantage of and magnifying British Racism here we are, at the biggest turning point in the "Brexit" saga so far.
I was trying to predict this with my last gagablog: Brexit is so wrong, and so much the design of Putin whose intention is to weaken and destroy the West, that once people realize this they will reverse it - and the UK will never actually leave the EU and everyone will be much happier for that.
I've been predicting THAT for years and here comes Boris Johnson being as Trump as he can be, following the same path of Divide and Destroy the West, according to Putin's wishes, that Trump is on. And he over-reached, tried to rule with fear by threatening to kick out any MP that voted to avoid a "No-Deal" Brexit - and the news story last night is how Winston Churchill's son or grandson and 20 other MPs broke ranks and turned the tide, possibly signing the end of the Conservative Party but certainly the end of Boris Johnson.
And the same happened in Italy where their Trumpiest politician, Salvini, who is all about keeping out refugees and appealing to racists, lost his alliance with the 5 Star Party and even though 5 Star is Right Wing they have made an alliance with the Left, instead, to "get things done that need to be done" and the Nazi-Fascist-Putin-Trump Party is "left out in the cold."
Both of these are examples of what we need to do in America. The other branches of Government need to exert their Checks and Balances and get rid of Trump. But since they won't we need to learn a lesson from our mistake and vote him out and resist the trolling that tries to help re-elect him. And we need to learn he lesson that we haven't, that the System still controls the election process - as Tulsi and Marianne are "discovering" and fighting against, now that they are being kept out of the second round of debates, apparently. And we need to at least threaten to march our actual choice, Bernie or even Marianne if she gets her movement going, or even Tulsi - but we need to let them know we are willing to ignore a crooked election and put our President in office so they will just Let Her Win or Let Him Win - let US win - instead.
Violence is never the way to go. The Sweat Hog Debate Team won their "Humans are naturally Aggressive" debate on "Welcome Back Kotter" by trolling the "Non-Violence" team until he got mad. "You Mad Bro?" is the non-mating call of the Troll because they Goal of Trolling is to drag us down, to hold us back. Yes violence has been the way of the world but it is NOT the way of the Future.
Marianne is wonderful in her message about a Department of Peace. Bernie gave a speech on Labor Day in which he said we would put Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream in every Freezer - not just in America but since it is about World Peace - in Every Freezer in the World. And Have a freezer, clean water, everything everyone needs, in every part of the world that wants them, the many places that need them in modern times. Bernie said "Why have a Secretary of Defense When you can have a Secretary of Ice Cream?"
And that really sums it all up - we can just all do things differently, help each other, save the world from the Evil amongst us.
We just have to stop doing things that are so stupid no one would ever do them. And better yet, get rid of the possibility to do those things.
It doesn't threaten anyone's "autonomy" to get rid of nuclear weapons - no one should have that kind of power. It threatens everyone's autonomy, everyone's life, to continue to have nuclear weapons. Trump is the perfect President to prove that we need to get rid of them, all of them, and while we are at it get rid of War entirely. Replace weapons with Ice Cream and Good Food and Education and Health Care for Everyone - all over the world. Because we CAN do that - not because we "pay for it all" but because we stop wasting money and influence on War, we stop creating and pushing others into War - but once we start spending those resources of funds and attention on Peace Building, as Marianne talks about, and Bernie shares the vision to implement, then we can literally save the world and bring nations out of poverty so that they are able to help others, too.
This is the exact opposite of Putin's plan. He wants to keep all of us as divided as possible, divide us more, specifically so we can't do this, so we can't save the world. Why? I guess he is just a really big asshole and like the rest of them gets a lot of money from the oil companies and military and doesn't mind killing all of us for his pleasure - just like Trump and every other fascist leader in the world today -and they all happen to be on speed-dial in the same network.
But we CAN come together. The Brits are showing that once you go way, way, way too far the rest of the Government CAN turn on you - we need to learn that lesson and try it here in the USA. When this whole line of dominoes Putin has put in place starts to fall back the OTHER way it will eventually undo EVERYTHING he has done -and this could be that tipping point.
I'm pleased with the British Parliament, The "Mother of All Parliaments" to resisting their Trump, their Elites and Putin-Puppet fascist Traitors - and I hope the momentum comes back to not only keeping the UK in the EU but leading the Global Charge to fight Climate Change - to make up for the years they just wasted with Putin's Plan, Brexit - which ultimately made Politics a Daily Concern of the populace where they used to be stereotyped for "not caring about politics", before Brexit, as one of their reporters said today.
It would be nice if we could go back to "not caring about politics" but you can only REALLY do that when everything is good - for everyone. So "politics as usual" has been all about keeping things terrible - at least for some or most people - to make the "old way of doing things" seem necessary and the only way. But we are making a New Way, with the Vision and Inspiration and Miracles of Marianne and the Sense and Plans and Uplifting of Bernie - We Got This.
Marianne recently said something about how we don't just have a problem with radical hate in America but we need more radical Love. My response is that we have Infinite Love, its what proves the world is a world of Abundance, not Scarcity, as the Liars have us tricked into. But they control the means of communication, they use censorship to keep the world the way they made it.
With Love, with Communication in all forms - with Magic and Art and Music - we can overwhelm and overcome even their censorship and fear - we just need to do it, to Love, to Art, to Magic. And we need to do it with the passion we feel to stop the evil in the world - because Love, Magic, Art, Music - these Forms can handle all of this passion and transform it so it connects spiritually with each other in ways they can't stop.
While it makes us feel independent to make our own choices - and we like that feeling - it actually feels even better to have someone say they care enough to help us choose to not make a mistake.
Who cares enough about America, about the World, to get rid of their various Trumps, at every level - including your own personal Trump, your "ego" - the jerk one anyway, the Nice Ego is a Cool Dude - who cares enough to do this?
Well soon we will discover that we ALL care that much and CAN care for each other, as people, as countries, as ONE, enough that everyone is cared for and there is still an abundance for all.
A couple of radio programs summed this up for me. One was about ritual sites like Stonehenge and how they were the precursors of modern cities. But they only grew up around special places at special times of year and then the people returned to where they lived, presumably.
This reminded me of the Grateful Dead and how they made a temporary, sacred city around the event of their concert everywhere they went. It seemed like what we were missing about the transient "heart" of Cities, distilled and purified into the original City form, what cities wanted to be, or can be, in the Future - a place of mutual communal support and Love.
Another BBC program, hosted by Arlo Guthrie, called "Why Woodstock Matters" reminded me of this theme. The Grateful Dead "city" was the precursor and inheritor of the Woodstock kind of city spirit -they talked about how as the millions of people arrived they just all helped each other set up camp and fed each other. They had the organization of some groups that prepared for this, and had some deliveries of supplies from the National Guard, but said their own food was much better. The point is that the Spirit rediscovered there, at Woodstock, and kept alive in touring concert traditions but still not yet fully realized, that Spirit can be the Angelic version of what EVERY city can be, hubs of Love instead of Fear that improve everything for many miles around, until we brighten and clean and heal the whole world.
The last thing I will mention was something they also said on the radio about how with Nations so corrupt they aren't effectively addressing climate change it is Cities that are leading the fight to save the planet - and of course dynamic, heroic individuals who are getting the Cities to take action (that was implied / my addition.) The thing is enough cities and heroes CAN save the world but of course it is inevitable that a COUNTRY will lead this necessary change, too - and the sooner the better - and the future WILL be every country united after the efforts that will be required to save us all.
Even though the threats are Great and Real the LOVE and Unity that we WILL find and form to save ourselves will overcome all the evil that has ever been in the world.
We are on the cusp of Paradise - I can see it from Colorado - and we just need to get there.
I'm writing some of these same things in my book about Angels and Fairies and Aliens and Ghosts and wish i had more to say about Gaga, too - I wish I was going to see her in Vegas - but for now I feel my best Magic is in finishing that book so I apologize if I only use this to focus on Big News events. The beginning of "Backlash" against Putin's Brexit Plan in the UK was a momentous occurrence to write this - especially since I was going to write it last night and forgot, and today they had the vote that went the way I hoped - and I just look forward to us and all countries - especially Brazil and USA - following the example and throwing off our fascist dictators.

An ethics professor on NPR last night said that one definition of Autonomy was "the freedom to make a bad choice." It makes me think of Brexit and everything Trump does. It's not "Good" that we exercise that freedom, it's what causes us to make mistakes - we would be better to listen to those who tell us not to make mistakes, those who know better. But if we don't and we make the mistakes the next best thing is to learn from them. And if we don't and we still don't listen, to our own experience or better experience, then we are doomed to repeat the mistakes. That's just how habits and bad habits -like aggression - work. It's not that History repeats itself, because there are new things and new progresses and ways for History ("This coat was worn at the famous Lincoln Douglas Debate" Washington just said "yeah I wore this coat when my dad Lincoln was beating the crap out of my brother Douglas." History repeats itself, the bad parts do, unless we change.
I was thinking about Tariffs because the news has been how new Trump Tariffs on China and tariffs from China in response and how the trade war is negatively effecting the world economy. If we throw the economy into recession they might get Trump out of office - as we should have done long ago. But just thinking about it I remembered that Tariffs haven't really made the news like this in my whole life - maybe against Japan in the 80's. But still not like this - it seems like a return to the 1800's. I even made a meme in 2017, over a cartoon about Trump admiring the Great Wall of China, that said "The 19th Century Telegraphed, they want their Trade Wars Back."
The only reason we even have the power for the President to levy Tariffs comes from the 18th and 19th centuries and really "hasn't applied" in the last century.
It's like the only reason we haven't gotten rid of them is "no one would be stupid enough to use them anymore." And then we got Trump.
It's not an "accident" that we got a President who is using archaic means, like Old Laws on the books, that no one expected anyone to use so no one prepared for them. It's Putin's plan. Just like the crazy antics Boris Johnson is trying to pull aren't an "accident" but Putin's plan.
Trump IS stupid enough to do all the things we believed no one is stupid enough to do. On top of that he is motivated to do them because Putin tells him to and Trump owes him money.
And that is the same problem with Nuclear Weapons, too. We have them based on the idea that "No One Is Stupid Enough To Use Nuclear Weapons." But now we have Trump who wants to Nuke the Hurricane. Or start a Nuclear War or arms race with Russia - for the money - or because he is too stupid to realize that if we drop any modern nuclear bombs the fallout will kill every human on the entire planet.
And no one would be stupid enough to leave alliances built upon increasing freedom and prosperity for all - yet thanks to Putin's Trolls taking advantage of and magnifying British Racism here we are, at the biggest turning point in the "Brexit" saga so far.
I was trying to predict this with my last gagablog: Brexit is so wrong, and so much the design of Putin whose intention is to weaken and destroy the West, that once people realize this they will reverse it - and the UK will never actually leave the EU and everyone will be much happier for that.
I've been predicting THAT for years and here comes Boris Johnson being as Trump as he can be, following the same path of Divide and Destroy the West, according to Putin's wishes, that Trump is on. And he over-reached, tried to rule with fear by threatening to kick out any MP that voted to avoid a "No-Deal" Brexit - and the news story last night is how Winston Churchill's son or grandson and 20 other MPs broke ranks and turned the tide, possibly signing the end of the Conservative Party but certainly the end of Boris Johnson.
And the same happened in Italy where their Trumpiest politician, Salvini, who is all about keeping out refugees and appealing to racists, lost his alliance with the 5 Star Party and even though 5 Star is Right Wing they have made an alliance with the Left, instead, to "get things done that need to be done" and the Nazi-Fascist-Putin-Trump Party is "left out in the cold."
Both of these are examples of what we need to do in America. The other branches of Government need to exert their Checks and Balances and get rid of Trump. But since they won't we need to learn a lesson from our mistake and vote him out and resist the trolling that tries to help re-elect him. And we need to learn he lesson that we haven't, that the System still controls the election process - as Tulsi and Marianne are "discovering" and fighting against, now that they are being kept out of the second round of debates, apparently. And we need to at least threaten to march our actual choice, Bernie or even Marianne if she gets her movement going, or even Tulsi - but we need to let them know we are willing to ignore a crooked election and put our President in office so they will just Let Her Win or Let Him Win - let US win - instead.
Violence is never the way to go. The Sweat Hog Debate Team won their "Humans are naturally Aggressive" debate on "Welcome Back Kotter" by trolling the "Non-Violence" team until he got mad. "You Mad Bro?" is the non-mating call of the Troll because they Goal of Trolling is to drag us down, to hold us back. Yes violence has been the way of the world but it is NOT the way of the Future.
Marianne is wonderful in her message about a Department of Peace. Bernie gave a speech on Labor Day in which he said we would put Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream in every Freezer - not just in America but since it is about World Peace - in Every Freezer in the World. And Have a freezer, clean water, everything everyone needs, in every part of the world that wants them, the many places that need them in modern times. Bernie said "Why have a Secretary of Defense When you can have a Secretary of Ice Cream?"
And that really sums it all up - we can just all do things differently, help each other, save the world from the Evil amongst us.
We just have to stop doing things that are so stupid no one would ever do them. And better yet, get rid of the possibility to do those things.
It doesn't threaten anyone's "autonomy" to get rid of nuclear weapons - no one should have that kind of power. It threatens everyone's autonomy, everyone's life, to continue to have nuclear weapons. Trump is the perfect President to prove that we need to get rid of them, all of them, and while we are at it get rid of War entirely. Replace weapons with Ice Cream and Good Food and Education and Health Care for Everyone - all over the world. Because we CAN do that - not because we "pay for it all" but because we stop wasting money and influence on War, we stop creating and pushing others into War - but once we start spending those resources of funds and attention on Peace Building, as Marianne talks about, and Bernie shares the vision to implement, then we can literally save the world and bring nations out of poverty so that they are able to help others, too.
This is the exact opposite of Putin's plan. He wants to keep all of us as divided as possible, divide us more, specifically so we can't do this, so we can't save the world. Why? I guess he is just a really big asshole and like the rest of them gets a lot of money from the oil companies and military and doesn't mind killing all of us for his pleasure - just like Trump and every other fascist leader in the world today -and they all happen to be on speed-dial in the same network.
But we CAN come together. The Brits are showing that once you go way, way, way too far the rest of the Government CAN turn on you - we need to learn that lesson and try it here in the USA. When this whole line of dominoes Putin has put in place starts to fall back the OTHER way it will eventually undo EVERYTHING he has done -and this could be that tipping point.
I'm pleased with the British Parliament, The "Mother of All Parliaments" to resisting their Trump, their Elites and Putin-Puppet fascist Traitors - and I hope the momentum comes back to not only keeping the UK in the EU but leading the Global Charge to fight Climate Change - to make up for the years they just wasted with Putin's Plan, Brexit - which ultimately made Politics a Daily Concern of the populace where they used to be stereotyped for "not caring about politics", before Brexit, as one of their reporters said today.
It would be nice if we could go back to "not caring about politics" but you can only REALLY do that when everything is good - for everyone. So "politics as usual" has been all about keeping things terrible - at least for some or most people - to make the "old way of doing things" seem necessary and the only way. But we are making a New Way, with the Vision and Inspiration and Miracles of Marianne and the Sense and Plans and Uplifting of Bernie - We Got This.
Marianne recently said something about how we don't just have a problem with radical hate in America but we need more radical Love. My response is that we have Infinite Love, its what proves the world is a world of Abundance, not Scarcity, as the Liars have us tricked into. But they control the means of communication, they use censorship to keep the world the way they made it.
With Love, with Communication in all forms - with Magic and Art and Music - we can overwhelm and overcome even their censorship and fear - we just need to do it, to Love, to Art, to Magic. And we need to do it with the passion we feel to stop the evil in the world - because Love, Magic, Art, Music - these Forms can handle all of this passion and transform it so it connects spiritually with each other in ways they can't stop.
While it makes us feel independent to make our own choices - and we like that feeling - it actually feels even better to have someone say they care enough to help us choose to not make a mistake.
Who cares enough about America, about the World, to get rid of their various Trumps, at every level - including your own personal Trump, your "ego" - the jerk one anyway, the Nice Ego is a Cool Dude - who cares enough to do this?
Well soon we will discover that we ALL care that much and CAN care for each other, as people, as countries, as ONE, enough that everyone is cared for and there is still an abundance for all.

War Doesn't Work, Putin's Puppets (Trump, Boris, Bolsonaro) Backfire: gagablog 177
Today is the 8oth Anniversary of the beginning of World War Two. In Poland, where the first attack began it, the German President and the Polish President met for a ceremony and the German President asked for forgiveness and said the German people would never forget their responsibility and bowed to the victims. 80 years after the last attempt to take the world over by War and they are making amends and memorializing it together and Germans pledge they will always apologize for that evil. So in that sense it simply didn't work. On the other hand Trump was invited to the ceremony but Putin was not. Trump changed his plans to go, if he had any, to deal with domestic issues, and a hurricane is headed for the East Coast, Dorian, so it's a good excuse - but when I heard that of course i thought the real reason he wasn't going was because Putin wasn't invited.
I recently posted a status that it was "Ironic that some veterans who killed German Nazis in WW2 are now Trump Nazis - War Doesn't Work." My larger point here is that War Doesn't Work. The rest of the world is proud to have fought and won against the Nazis but if we didn't defeat fascism we didn't really Win and War didn't ultimately work. And we didn't defeat fascism because it came back, with a vengeance, to the point that Fascist leaders now rule America, Brazil, India, Israel, the UK and the Philippines. There are more fascist leaders of other countries, too, but I mention these because they all have something in common. They are all puppets of Putin.
I've talked about this in more detail here before but now for a quick recap, Putin used social media, especially Facebook and Twitter, to elect the leaders of all these countries. Yes in America Bernie would have won but the DNC rigged the primary for Hilary, this is true and may or may not have been coordinated with Russia - but the reason Trump won was the influence on social media exerted by Russian Troll farms and their fake accounts - and many directly from Hillary, too, throughout the campaign. The same method and tools were used to pass Brexit, elect Bolsonaro and surely is being used to elect and support Modi and Duterte and Netenyahu - because all of their policies and racist, oppressive actions are identical with Trump and Bolsonaro. Yes they are all unique to their own countries: Bolsonaro has the Rain forest fores he started, Modi has the lockdown and media, internet, and phone blackout of Kahmir, now in it's third or fourth week. Netenyahu has settlements and occupation of Palestine and Trump has his wall, concentration camps, and deportations, anti-immigrant racist and sexist sentiment, pure Patriarchy. Duterte and Bolsonaro both have Police Wars with "drug" cartels and innocent civilians, in The Philippines the police have killed thousands of people in the name of the war on drugs. The Brazilian cops seem to kill with impunity, as American cops do but with more frequency and encouragement from Bolsonaro. He is getting criticism from the entire world for telling his people to burn down the rainforest, now that there are 80,000 fires there. And he is fighting the world's attempt to help put out the fires, standing in the way and may need a revolt to change course and save the forest. I heard on the radio a leader of a culture living in the rainforest who said Bolsonaro was trying to burn down the rainforest in order to kill them and they would fight back against the Brazilian Government instead of dying. The whole world needs to unite in order to fight against Bolsonaro, and Trump and all others like him - ultimately against the Oil Companies and Military Industrial complex.
The other news today is that America is negotiating with the Taliban to leave Afghanistan in exchange for a promise not to let other terrorist organizations set up bases there like Al Qaeda did - though of course America founded and supported the Taliban and Osama Bin Laden there to fight the Soviets and the ultimate formation of Al Qeada. So it was all Our Fault to begin with, not Afghansitans. But we were supposedly fighting to stop the Taliban and now 18 years later we are returning the country to them. To make this an even worse example of how bad a Deal it is that trump is making the Taliban is currently attacking civilians and killing people with car bombs every day in Afghanistan, as if they are just mocking the peace process. They have never stopped attacking people there but the attacks seem designed to send that clear message - they are just giving Trump lip service. His ego, or Putin's plan, is that he will get "credit" for ending the War there - and ending War is always Good- but the reason he is doing it this way, Putin's way, the fascist way, is because it hurts the most people, keeps the whole country suffering, does as much as it can to erase whatever decades of progress to non-oppressive government they have made.
I know there has been some progress for people in Afghanistan after the Taliban was overthrown, which is why it is a defeat for them to be back in charge, especially since they continue to terrorize people, too. Cynically, realistically any "improvements" that did occur there were really just window dressing for our real reason for occupying Afghanistan, securing the world's Heroin supply, "coincidentally" in the same decades as our opioid epidemic.
But taking a step back from the ridiculousness and horror of destroying a country and occupying it for twenty years only to say "okay you can have it back, just don't do it again." We could have just said "don't do it again" instead of all that war and murder - but oh thats right then we would have merely had the kickbacks on the Heroin trade instead of controlling most of the supply. But taking a step back the lesson is War Doesn't Work: we are back "where we started" only after killing thousands of people and destroying the country - all for nothing, ultimately.
The fact that the Nazi, fascist mentality not only persisted, and keeps threatening to "do well" in various elections -Germany, today - it has completely taken over, openly, all of these countries that are ruled by Putin's Puppets. But this is how these puppets, this Full Blown Fascism, will backfire on Putin, backfire on the Whole Fascist system.
We didn't defeat the Nazis with War, we all Became the Nazis in our own Way. We can't defeat Fascism, Patriarchy, until we defeat the ideas behind it - the same Only cure for terrorism of all kinds. If the German people had defeated these ideas 80 years ago they would not have led to Hitler, to Nazis, to the Holocaust. If we had defeated Fascist ideas SINCE then we would not have produced Trump, this whole network of Fascist leaders, and the threat of holocaust to the whole environment of the planet.
So we need to defeat them, this time - but not with War so we will become them, again, like a hydra with 10 heads to exemplify different aspects of the evil, like we did this time, again in 80 more years - if we even live that long as a species. We can't beat them with War, we can only beat them with ideas.
And we need to know who is controlling it, whose minds we need to change. It is obvious if you look at it from Putin's perspective that he is the one controlling Trump, Boris Johnson, Boslonaro, Modi, Duterte, Netenyahe, etc. Every one of these rulers is leading a war on Others, on Immigrants, usually, though in the case of Modi in Kashmir they are "'immigrants' who can't prove they were there or from families there prior to 1979" and in Brazil and America it is racism against black people who are citizens, too. In the Phillippines it might be anti-immigrant, too, or against colors or classes of people, but I know they say it is against "drug users" and that the cops should be able to sentence anyone who uses drugs to death and immediately murder them at the same time, including people they just kill and plant drugs on.
How do you know Putin is controlling them all? For one they all talk to each other like old Buddies. Trump is always calling them up and speaking highly of them, for example. They are all obviously working together. And they all have the same Anti-immigrant stance. This is why I say Nationalism is just "off-brand" White Supremacy - because even if the people in a country aren't White if they set up a racist system in order to privilege one class that is the gameplan and like a "franchise" of White Supremacy - which remains at "The Top" of the pyramid of ruling the world: Trump is supposed to be the Worlds Most Powerful Ruler and is obviously KKK-Nazi and Putin as his Master is at least ONE of the World's Most Powerful Rulers - more powerful than Trump by far since he controls him and many other countries in addition to Russia, now - but he is openly White Supremacist and Sexist and Homophobic and Patriarchal and all of these things that are ultimately the same thing, just in different contexts.
You Know Putin is controlling them all because they are all getting His Way: they are all blocking the inevitable and necessary transition to Green Energy and a world free of War. That is their whole goal and it threatens to kill us all and they don't care because guess what? They are fascists.
But we can't beat them with War - War doesn't work. Even the way Putin has taken over these countries - without waging a traditional war - it is still based on War mentality an seeks to maintain War in the world as a way to "balance power." Even though the USA has outspent all the other countries by ten times on the military for the last 20 years Putin still managed to take over our country - but the fact that he did that, to so many countries, and the Wars taking place were real but compared to that were "diversions" - is ultimately further proof that War doesn't work - war is outdated.
The way to take over is to take over how people think. If people could have challenged the spread of Nazi thinking 100 and 90 and 80 years ago we might have won World War Two in the ONLY way war can really be won - by not starting it. If we can change people's minds, wake people up, in the USA, now, we can avoid the current fascist regime and the Wars it is leading us into.
We have to defeat War with Ideas. If the people of the UK just understood that Brexit was a Putin plan to destroy them, to weaken the EU, they would just revote and reverse it - and it is. We know Russian Trolls used the same tactics to push Brexit to pass that they used to help Push Trump to Popularity - and we can't "just" blame them because everyone seems to underestimate the number of actual White Supremacists and other complete dumb asses in the US, he does have a sizable, natural Base. But they used the same tactics and had the same Goal in America and the UK: enhance Racism and divisions as much as possible and get the countries going in really bad directions to ultimately destroy them, weaken them as much as possible.
America is weaker than ever before. Everyone has seen that a complete asshole, deranged imbecile blinded by hate and ignorance can just "run" our country for years. Likewise in the UK the futility of the government for two years while hand-wringing about Brexit may have done one thing that Putin wanted, crippled the government and any progress they might have otherwise made. But it also will backfire - it ultimately shows people how much the government does that is unneeded or unhelpful - so we will ultimately learn to demand that Government ONLY do what is helpful and truly needed.
And there is a LOT to do. But Putin's Plan, on behalf of the Oil Companies and Military - and who knows that Other Evil, Big Pharma for sure, and Insurance - his plan is to make us go as far in the Backwards, Evil direction as he can so we can't make any progress.
In Brexit, and in America, this will backfire on Putin because it teaches people that THIS kind of Government, just the pinnacle of corruption, is completely unnecessary and we can do away with it and make a new kind of Government. This is merely the natural reaction to Authoritarians taking over the whole world - and nature will take it's place and push them aside, with our help.
Bolsonaro burning down the rainforest will backfire, it already has in many ways but hopefully in a Revolution or even invasion, since he's threatening to suffocate the whole world. There seems to be no outcry against Modi shutting off all access to Kashmir -but if they are just testing how the world reacts to "those people" being "cut off" like that - and we don't react - they will continue doing this in more places, to more of us. And what they are doing is obviously wrong if they don't want anyone to know about it. How will it backfire? It could be a revolt, and "revolt" means non-violent takeover - the kind they just had in Puerto Rico which gets no coverage, the kind they are presenting is happening, with every news report for weeks, in Hong Kong - like they are trying to stoke the HK protests but ignore and stifle the one in PR. And when I predicted that the Yellow Vests protesting in France - who also got continual coverage - were a "leaderless' organization but were really influenced by Russian Trolls it turned out to be true.
A week or two ago I posted that all of these "leaderless" protests were fomented by Russian Trolls, including in Hong Kong.
If you take a step back from these you can see how some protests are organic but if they are being manipulated into protesting it can only be for one reason: to hurt the country as a whole.
So hurting countries is their Business - because Countries are the only thing powerful to check business's power. Instead they just collude and grow more corrupt until you get what we have now.
Brexit has already "succeeded" in fulfilling Putin's wishes -and continues to full throttle with Boris who is like a Posh Trump though he looks like a hick. But he may have gone too far. If there isn't a backlash, there in Government, that just reverses Brexit then I predict there will be protest and unrest in the Streets - but they Won't go through with it.
If they did it would be to the greatest benefit to "Putin's Plan" with his "4-D Chess": There would be a border in Ireland and a return to terrorism and civil war and division.

And we don't have to change them by their rules - not by elections but if we can that would be nice. And not by War, that is their main rule and we need to just throw it out.
If we are trying to rule, to take over, with LOVE we will ALL Win. The only way to REALLY win a war is to not have it - and the way to do that is to defeat the evil ideas before they gain power. Putin, through his puppets, on behalf of War and Oil, etc, will have taken so much control over The World that when we Unite in Revolt against them, against All of them, his regime will end, too.
If we think about it there ARE countries where their evil dictators are actually somewhat popular -mostly it is a facebook generated farce. But there are countries that don't have the internal support to overthrow their leaders - though Sudan did a good job recently. Still if all GOOD people band together as the Evil Ones have been coordinating Their Efforts, and we MUST do this to save ourselves and our planet, then we can easily outnumber and overpower them, everywhere.
Putin may feel safe at home but everyone can be woken up to the evil they have been under - and his effots to put more countries under his evil influence will ultimately galvanize everuone against him and unite and grow the opposition in Russia. And the same will take place, here, in America.
Putin's cyber-war won many battles but when we step back and see the plan - to weaken and destroy everyone, a Bully mentality to be the "Strongest" by keeping everyone down, and we unite against it, he can't possibly win. But we do it with words, with convincing people in conversation but moreso in putting words out there that reveal the Evil we are subject to and the Good we can strive for.
And we can feel it and always dream of it - Goodness brings us together, Evil drives us apart. We can heal our personal relationships and relationships between communities, social roles, and nations, too. We can do all of this all we have to do is grow into our true selves, the ones who have long ago outgrown war, and become the new leaders, change the old leaders, to make the world the only way we can all survive: Good.
I recently posted a status that it was "Ironic that some veterans who killed German Nazis in WW2 are now Trump Nazis - War Doesn't Work." My larger point here is that War Doesn't Work. The rest of the world is proud to have fought and won against the Nazis but if we didn't defeat fascism we didn't really Win and War didn't ultimately work. And we didn't defeat fascism because it came back, with a vengeance, to the point that Fascist leaders now rule America, Brazil, India, Israel, the UK and the Philippines. There are more fascist leaders of other countries, too, but I mention these because they all have something in common. They are all puppets of Putin.
I've talked about this in more detail here before but now for a quick recap, Putin used social media, especially Facebook and Twitter, to elect the leaders of all these countries. Yes in America Bernie would have won but the DNC rigged the primary for Hilary, this is true and may or may not have been coordinated with Russia - but the reason Trump won was the influence on social media exerted by Russian Troll farms and their fake accounts - and many directly from Hillary, too, throughout the campaign. The same method and tools were used to pass Brexit, elect Bolsonaro and surely is being used to elect and support Modi and Duterte and Netenyahu - because all of their policies and racist, oppressive actions are identical with Trump and Bolsonaro. Yes they are all unique to their own countries: Bolsonaro has the Rain forest fores he started, Modi has the lockdown and media, internet, and phone blackout of Kahmir, now in it's third or fourth week. Netenyahu has settlements and occupation of Palestine and Trump has his wall, concentration camps, and deportations, anti-immigrant racist and sexist sentiment, pure Patriarchy. Duterte and Bolsonaro both have Police Wars with "drug" cartels and innocent civilians, in The Philippines the police have killed thousands of people in the name of the war on drugs. The Brazilian cops seem to kill with impunity, as American cops do but with more frequency and encouragement from Bolsonaro. He is getting criticism from the entire world for telling his people to burn down the rainforest, now that there are 80,000 fires there. And he is fighting the world's attempt to help put out the fires, standing in the way and may need a revolt to change course and save the forest. I heard on the radio a leader of a culture living in the rainforest who said Bolsonaro was trying to burn down the rainforest in order to kill them and they would fight back against the Brazilian Government instead of dying. The whole world needs to unite in order to fight against Bolsonaro, and Trump and all others like him - ultimately against the Oil Companies and Military Industrial complex.
The other news today is that America is negotiating with the Taliban to leave Afghanistan in exchange for a promise not to let other terrorist organizations set up bases there like Al Qaeda did - though of course America founded and supported the Taliban and Osama Bin Laden there to fight the Soviets and the ultimate formation of Al Qeada. So it was all Our Fault to begin with, not Afghansitans. But we were supposedly fighting to stop the Taliban and now 18 years later we are returning the country to them. To make this an even worse example of how bad a Deal it is that trump is making the Taliban is currently attacking civilians and killing people with car bombs every day in Afghanistan, as if they are just mocking the peace process. They have never stopped attacking people there but the attacks seem designed to send that clear message - they are just giving Trump lip service. His ego, or Putin's plan, is that he will get "credit" for ending the War there - and ending War is always Good- but the reason he is doing it this way, Putin's way, the fascist way, is because it hurts the most people, keeps the whole country suffering, does as much as it can to erase whatever decades of progress to non-oppressive government they have made.
I know there has been some progress for people in Afghanistan after the Taliban was overthrown, which is why it is a defeat for them to be back in charge, especially since they continue to terrorize people, too. Cynically, realistically any "improvements" that did occur there were really just window dressing for our real reason for occupying Afghanistan, securing the world's Heroin supply, "coincidentally" in the same decades as our opioid epidemic.
But taking a step back from the ridiculousness and horror of destroying a country and occupying it for twenty years only to say "okay you can have it back, just don't do it again." We could have just said "don't do it again" instead of all that war and murder - but oh thats right then we would have merely had the kickbacks on the Heroin trade instead of controlling most of the supply. But taking a step back the lesson is War Doesn't Work: we are back "where we started" only after killing thousands of people and destroying the country - all for nothing, ultimately.
The fact that the Nazi, fascist mentality not only persisted, and keeps threatening to "do well" in various elections -Germany, today - it has completely taken over, openly, all of these countries that are ruled by Putin's Puppets. But this is how these puppets, this Full Blown Fascism, will backfire on Putin, backfire on the Whole Fascist system.
We didn't defeat the Nazis with War, we all Became the Nazis in our own Way. We can't defeat Fascism, Patriarchy, until we defeat the ideas behind it - the same Only cure for terrorism of all kinds. If the German people had defeated these ideas 80 years ago they would not have led to Hitler, to Nazis, to the Holocaust. If we had defeated Fascist ideas SINCE then we would not have produced Trump, this whole network of Fascist leaders, and the threat of holocaust to the whole environment of the planet.
So we need to defeat them, this time - but not with War so we will become them, again, like a hydra with 10 heads to exemplify different aspects of the evil, like we did this time, again in 80 more years - if we even live that long as a species. We can't beat them with War, we can only beat them with ideas.
And we need to know who is controlling it, whose minds we need to change. It is obvious if you look at it from Putin's perspective that he is the one controlling Trump, Boris Johnson, Boslonaro, Modi, Duterte, Netenyahe, etc. Every one of these rulers is leading a war on Others, on Immigrants, usually, though in the case of Modi in Kashmir they are "'immigrants' who can't prove they were there or from families there prior to 1979" and in Brazil and America it is racism against black people who are citizens, too. In the Phillippines it might be anti-immigrant, too, or against colors or classes of people, but I know they say it is against "drug users" and that the cops should be able to sentence anyone who uses drugs to death and immediately murder them at the same time, including people they just kill and plant drugs on.
How do you know Putin is controlling them all? For one they all talk to each other like old Buddies. Trump is always calling them up and speaking highly of them, for example. They are all obviously working together. And they all have the same Anti-immigrant stance. This is why I say Nationalism is just "off-brand" White Supremacy - because even if the people in a country aren't White if they set up a racist system in order to privilege one class that is the gameplan and like a "franchise" of White Supremacy - which remains at "The Top" of the pyramid of ruling the world: Trump is supposed to be the Worlds Most Powerful Ruler and is obviously KKK-Nazi and Putin as his Master is at least ONE of the World's Most Powerful Rulers - more powerful than Trump by far since he controls him and many other countries in addition to Russia, now - but he is openly White Supremacist and Sexist and Homophobic and Patriarchal and all of these things that are ultimately the same thing, just in different contexts.
You Know Putin is controlling them all because they are all getting His Way: they are all blocking the inevitable and necessary transition to Green Energy and a world free of War. That is their whole goal and it threatens to kill us all and they don't care because guess what? They are fascists.
But we can't beat them with War - War doesn't work. Even the way Putin has taken over these countries - without waging a traditional war - it is still based on War mentality an seeks to maintain War in the world as a way to "balance power." Even though the USA has outspent all the other countries by ten times on the military for the last 20 years Putin still managed to take over our country - but the fact that he did that, to so many countries, and the Wars taking place were real but compared to that were "diversions" - is ultimately further proof that War doesn't work - war is outdated.
The way to take over is to take over how people think. If people could have challenged the spread of Nazi thinking 100 and 90 and 80 years ago we might have won World War Two in the ONLY way war can really be won - by not starting it. If we can change people's minds, wake people up, in the USA, now, we can avoid the current fascist regime and the Wars it is leading us into.
We have to defeat War with Ideas. If the people of the UK just understood that Brexit was a Putin plan to destroy them, to weaken the EU, they would just revote and reverse it - and it is. We know Russian Trolls used the same tactics to push Brexit to pass that they used to help Push Trump to Popularity - and we can't "just" blame them because everyone seems to underestimate the number of actual White Supremacists and other complete dumb asses in the US, he does have a sizable, natural Base. But they used the same tactics and had the same Goal in America and the UK: enhance Racism and divisions as much as possible and get the countries going in really bad directions to ultimately destroy them, weaken them as much as possible.
America is weaker than ever before. Everyone has seen that a complete asshole, deranged imbecile blinded by hate and ignorance can just "run" our country for years. Likewise in the UK the futility of the government for two years while hand-wringing about Brexit may have done one thing that Putin wanted, crippled the government and any progress they might have otherwise made. But it also will backfire - it ultimately shows people how much the government does that is unneeded or unhelpful - so we will ultimately learn to demand that Government ONLY do what is helpful and truly needed.
And there is a LOT to do. But Putin's Plan, on behalf of the Oil Companies and Military - and who knows that Other Evil, Big Pharma for sure, and Insurance - his plan is to make us go as far in the Backwards, Evil direction as he can so we can't make any progress.
In Brexit, and in America, this will backfire on Putin because it teaches people that THIS kind of Government, just the pinnacle of corruption, is completely unnecessary and we can do away with it and make a new kind of Government. This is merely the natural reaction to Authoritarians taking over the whole world - and nature will take it's place and push them aside, with our help.
Bolsonaro burning down the rainforest will backfire, it already has in many ways but hopefully in a Revolution or even invasion, since he's threatening to suffocate the whole world. There seems to be no outcry against Modi shutting off all access to Kashmir -but if they are just testing how the world reacts to "those people" being "cut off" like that - and we don't react - they will continue doing this in more places, to more of us. And what they are doing is obviously wrong if they don't want anyone to know about it. How will it backfire? It could be a revolt, and "revolt" means non-violent takeover - the kind they just had in Puerto Rico which gets no coverage, the kind they are presenting is happening, with every news report for weeks, in Hong Kong - like they are trying to stoke the HK protests but ignore and stifle the one in PR. And when I predicted that the Yellow Vests protesting in France - who also got continual coverage - were a "leaderless' organization but were really influenced by Russian Trolls it turned out to be true.
A week or two ago I posted that all of these "leaderless" protests were fomented by Russian Trolls, including in Hong Kong.
If you take a step back from these you can see how some protests are organic but if they are being manipulated into protesting it can only be for one reason: to hurt the country as a whole.
So hurting countries is their Business - because Countries are the only thing powerful to check business's power. Instead they just collude and grow more corrupt until you get what we have now.
Brexit has already "succeeded" in fulfilling Putin's wishes -and continues to full throttle with Boris who is like a Posh Trump though he looks like a hick. But he may have gone too far. If there isn't a backlash, there in Government, that just reverses Brexit then I predict there will be protest and unrest in the Streets - but they Won't go through with it.
